I think De Zerbi 's job as Tottenham manager is hanging on a tread right now, because I don't know how it can be explained that he spent that much during the transfer window and has not been able to score a goal after 3 premier league match, not to talk of winning. I have watched their first 3 premier league match and I must confess that I have not seen any improvement from the first day. I really want the board to give him time, but he needs to start getting results for him to be considered for a long term. I don't think anyone is expecting him to compete for the title, but they should be doing better than what they are doing right now.

Chelsea and Manchester City are rival but they make a transfer Enzo Fernandez so I don't think it's make sense in Epl but in other club they have very strict rule to not make a transfer in rival club. Just look at the Barcelona and Atletico Madrid transfer history they don't want players to let's go to the rival team. And same in Italy as well Inter Milan and AC Milan don't want to make transfer
What you say is true—they have a great rivalry, but the level of hostility between Atlético Madrid and Barcelona or Real Madrid is on a completely different level. Even though Atlético is in Madrid and those derbies are played with intense passion, when it comes to Barcelona and Real Madrid, direct transfers are virtually impossible. The clubs are completely radicalized in that regard. In fact, I don't know if you remember, but when Florentino Pérez was running for president of Real Madrid for the first time, his core campaign promise was that Luís Figo would play for Real Madrid, even though Figo was Barcelona's biggest star at the time. That was a historic move. Since then, something like that hasn't happened again because the rivalry goes way beyond normal sport bounds. In England, despite the fierce competition on the pitch, clubs still keep their business channels open.

Are we not going to give them time to build the team? It takes time for a new manager and new signings to adapt really well and produce a good performance. Only a few games into the season, but not a satisfying performance to be honest, Liverpool can do better, and it will take a bit more time and some points they will have to share and lose before being able to sustain and perform well.
Sadly, Slot destroyed Liverpool's tactical coordination, and a club undergoing reconstruction won't do too well at the start of a season, the players also have to adjust to a team spirit with no Sallah but Barcola, I think Liverpool will play their best football this season, aiming at blending their team spirit. I think the best thing for Liverpool now is patience, because new players are not expected to understand each other perfectly after just few matches, especially their attack and midfield needs more time to understand and build a style of play. So I would not start judging yet based on the early results alone, but I would really wish their players keep improving week by week so that Liverpool could look completely different later in the season. By the way, I am curious to see how Barcola will fit into the attack working together with other players.

We really cannot know what the club management is thinking, but we do see that there is no change in Tottenham's performance. De Zerbi seems to be doing nothing. Last season Tottenham also almost got relegated, but they managed to survive. Now, if the club management does not see progress at the beginning of the season, there really is no hope of keeping that coach. The most surprising fact about this Tottenham team is the amount of money spent on new signings, the same thing happened last season as well. I'm now beginning to think that it is not a coach problem but a dressing room issue, there is no way they will have a worse performance than last season after these signings. There are no notable coaches out there that could replace their current manager, but a few more losses will leave the board no choice than to sack him, he should be counting his days at Tottenham now.

One thing we need to understand is that big money signings doesn’t equates to immediate success, yes the pressure will be there but sacking a manager that saved them from relegation three games into the season will be a very dumb decision, it will be similar to what they did after Ange Postecoglu won them the Europa league. They definitely do not have much of an option other than to be patient with De Zerbi for now. Where the signings way too much? Yes Were Those signings needed? Definitely yes Were fees justified? No But even with all of this they do not have much of an option by sacking De Zerbi now at least a run for 10 games will show where the team is headed because if they get him sacked now it will simply be them going for a new manager and that manager will be needing more time to build again, so why not give that time to De Zerbi, he deserves it for what he did last season

The club's biggest signing was £ 125m-worth Alexander Isak. Injuries were his biggest undoing last season, as he played few games. From the few games this season, it is looking like the real Isak has just arrived at Liverpool. Three goals in three games and an outstanding display against Ipswich Town might be a sign that he is not a wasted investment.
The test of a good coach is their ability to maximize available resources and get good results. Iraola would have to manage the available players and get the expected outcome.
Liverpool's biggest signing last season was Alexander Isak as we all noticed when they signed the player from Newcastle for around £125 million but this player did not perform well for Liverpool last season. Similarly in the current era, we have seen this team once again sign Bradley Barkola from Paris Saint-Germain for a record fee of around £123 million. Anyway despite signing the best players, Liverpool are currently sixth in the Premier League points table this new season as maybe everyone has noticed this they have won just one of their three matches, however in the last match, Alexander Isak was able to score two goals against Ipswich Town, as a result of which the team was able to easily win that match.

Actually, after Tottenham finished 17th in two consecutive seasons, Tottenham decided to overhaul the team and buy a lot of players, from the front line to the back. With the investment Tottenham has made now spending almost 400 million euros what actually happened is that in just 3 matches they haven't won yet and they also haven't managed to score a single goal in 3 EPL games. Even though Tottenham is now strengthened with players like Robertson, Mateus, Tonali, Savinho, Marmoush and Mudryk, under Roberto De Zerbi, Tottenham can't win and can't score goals at the start of the EPL. You could say Tottenham's situation hasn't changed from two seasons ago because their performance crisis is still ongoing. I also believe that like you said, if De Zerbi doesn't evaluate and can't get good results in the next few games he will be sacked.

You know, Liverpool spent huge amount last season. It seems this season they have been economical. So, they have not bought anyone else for high price except Barcola. Adding player like Barcola was timely decision by the management, imo.
The decision was late because they had no other choice than Barcola with the deadline. But why Barcola? Someone had to explain on this thread , the reason why they need another players for the position.. Still, the price was too much for a player with such finishing.. my problem with Liverpool is that they had only Barcola on their radar , I’m not sure when they went for him but I will guess it was nearing the deadline already.

Turning things around you say? Tottehem Hotspur are unable to record their first win this season and you think the board and the fans are happy about the current situation? They're doing everything within their reach to make sure they lift titles this season and to start with, they really need to win games in other to boost their morales and also their performances. Tottehem Hotspur headcoach, Roberto de Zerbi saved them last season from relegation and this season have not been funny for Spurs as they're doing points back to back. The club's management is exercising patience and we know this patience is limited and with time, they will lose it if they're not seeing difference. I would say Tottehem Hotspur are passing through some difficult phase and there's nothing anyone can do about it other than wait and watch them surpassed these circumstances and come out Strong.

Competition in the EPL is not easy, and it is very different from other leagues. So, it is no surprise that some of Liverpool's newly signed players are still struggling to perform at their best. They need some time to adapt, understand Liverpool's style of play, and build chemistry with their teammates.
It's very easy to say "the competition in the EPL is not easy" when talking about an EPL team that is not doing well or players that are struggling, but don't you guys try to see if it's just more than that? Players struggle in other leagues too. Clubs in other leagues struggle too. I don't think the issue with Liverpool has anything to do with the league. They just haven't found the right team and right manager. Their FBs are not that good, and they don't have a good midfield. Not everything is as a result of a competitive league. Look at Chelsea, they have spend close to two billion in transfers for the past three seasons, but when you look at their squad, they don't look like a team that has spent that kind of money. But they will say it's because the league is competitive that is why they can't make it to the champions league.

Yeah obviously right now Liverpool have new players with bit lack of understanding between each other and due to this they are in bit sluggish form. Even they coach is also new and probably he will also took a while to find which players is good to used a different roles. Initially every coach try a lot or explore a lot to meet up the players chemistry with each other and the new caichw will also took a little while to under the behavior of players on the field..... However, it's still early to judge the team strength wether they will succeed or not or blah blah blah. But one more question Andoni Iraola also need to proven himself to the coach of Liverpool like he should need to made a least good at top 3 otherwise it will hard him to go on til last in good shape.

I don't want to support the idea of his purchase because Liverpool have made some crazy transfers that end up being a loss deal for them but what I can say is that we ought to give bacola at least the benefit of doubt, his finishing isn't all that good but I believe he will be a good contribution to that Liverpool squad especially after Salah is no more and having many choices to play on a particular position is way better than having to rely on simply just a player and this strategy is also what have really helped Luis Enrique and PSG this past season as they can rotate their squad effortlessly and still be able to get results.

De Zerbi will get sacked before the end of December. By January, Tottenham will sack De Zerbi. The next three matches for Tottenham are against Everton, Liverpool, and Aston Villa. None of these games will Tottenham win. If Tottenham gets a point from this game, it will be just one point out of the three. De Zerbi's sack letter is being prepared as we speak. Tottenham will regret spending so much in the transfer window and still get relegated from the Premier League.
If Tottenham's performance remains the same then this possibility could have happened especially after 3 matches with 1 draw and 2 losses in the EPL then the chance of De Zerbi maintaining his position is a little difficult. But seeing how the transition in the reshuffle of players carried out at the beginning of the season does this need more adaptation including for De Zerbi so for now the December benchmark can be one of the things to do if there are no changes and it is chaotic with the scheme then Tottenham must find a new coach. With the amount of money Tottenham have spent this season I don't think they are also playing in terms of preparation it's just the scheme of the game and how to restore the spirit of the players on the field it becomes a little difficult task after a few seasons Tottenham have always played badly.

De Zerbi is currently earning a huge amount of money, I think Tottenham pay him something like 14-15 millions per year, basically he is one of the most paid managers on the planet. For that reason I think Tottenham will think twice before sacking him because then they would have to hire another expensive manager, it could be too much money even for them.

I expected them to compete for the trophy and who wouldn't from the many purchases they made, the players that joined and also because De Zerbi has had some time with the team as he did just join them just recently but from last season. The way it is looking for him, it is likely he will be the first manager to get sacked if Tottenham do not start performing as expected. He said something about money being unable to buy passion in football and for a club but as a coach you should be able to inspire that amongst the players by creating special team training sessions that will boost teamwork for players both on the field and off the field.

Now, if the club management does not see progress at the beginning of the season, there really is no hope of keeping that coach. We all know De Zerbi is not a coach that is patient enough when a project is not working. Tottenham management have really spend so much on this project and they deserve some praise for supporting the project, it now left for De Zerbi to prove that he is the right man for the job. So far it really not going well for them, you can’t spend this much and be picking just a point from possible 9, it totally unacceptable. Well it still a baby project and we can all agree that it needs time, but this is the premier league and every match counts, it Tottenham don’t get to pick 3 points in their next game, they will be sitting in the relegation zone after just 4 games. They need results and they need it real fast.

The management have the tendency power to relieve Roberto de Zerbi off his managerial role at Spurs but I don't think it's an opinion they're eager to make this season because there's still a long way to go for Spurs this season. We knew how they fumble the previous season and how they're trying their best to ensure they stay on the pivot this season but it seems nothing is working out good for them. I'm not going to criticized Roberto de Zerbi for not winning three games this season because he was the savior of Spurs last season when they were about to get relegated from the English premier League, Roberto de Zerbi came in and saved them and today fans are already fed up with him? He will need to do well and be fast about it because there's no much time around, Spurs do need results and that's one way to stand up front for incoming games.

If De Zerbi really could turn things around and ended up putting Tottenham Hotspur ahead and not get relegated last season, then he is really the kind of manager they will not just sack easily just after this few games of inconsistency to the start of the season. Tottenham Hotspur is not a club that will just sack their manager outrightly just because of few challenges after how he has put the team back together at the brink of being relegated. Maybe they’ll observe him more in the few more games he’s going to manage to see whether he’ll improve their performance and he gets to keep his job.

The most surprising fact about this Tottenham team is the amount of money spent on new signings, the same thing happened last season as well. I'm now beginning to think that it is not a coach problem but a dressing room issue, there is no way they will have a worse performance than last season after these signings.
With how Tottenham is performing right now, it’s obvious that the problem is not from coach, and if Tottenham decide to sack their coach, and sign another one, I don’t think their is going to be any changes in the teams performance. With the kind of players Tottenham signed, there is suppose to be an improvement in Tottenham performance, but their performance remains the same. I just think Tottenham is having some internal crisis which they are suppose to take care of because if they don’t do that, there won’t be improvement in their performance even if they change their coach. There are no notable coaches out there that could replace their current manager, but a few more losses will leave the board no choice than to sack him, he should be counting his days at Tottenham now.
Definitely they will want to sack there current manager if he keeps on losing, but I don’t think they are solving Tottenham’s problem by doing that, because I will say Tottenham’s problem is not only the manager.
