When ever Manchester United come to realize that the problem of club is not the managers because when ever appoint a manager you have minimized the power button of the team because his bringing a new tactics to the players and it might not blend with the players on time. So giving Michael Carrick enough time will help the team to be on their fits again and bring other quality passionate players that have desire to play football players that can win trophies for the club.

Baleba that hasn't played a single game, I feel this is too early to say and while I haven't watched any of their games this season I actually thought Andre Santos was a fair buy that will be good long term and this will be dependent on how he is being used.
The fact still remains that Manchester United signings this season seems like a gamble that we can only judge to be a success with time, maybe aside Youri Tielemans but still they ought to have gone for more. They will find a way to sort themselves, January is not thst far anymore, by then they can strengthen themselves.
To be honest this signing of this players wouldn’t be a big problem if Manchester United had gone on to sign more players in other departments like defense and attack. If this areas been addressed then we wouldn’t be putting more pressure on this recent signings and this is exactly what Lisandro Martinez was saying. By next summer now Manchester United have four players out of contract, players like Bruno, Marguire, Martinez and Shaw yet no viable replacement already put in place for them This is the result for not making changes on something that showed clearly that the changes were needed just because it seems like the current ones were working to some extent. While I'm not entirely criticizing them is because the January transfer window is getting closer but if they fail to do what is necessary then they deserve everything they will have suffer to that point and then Michael Carrick needs no redemption .

It's has been so long since the last time i heard Sancho's name, and finally he's coming back, but in a worsened version. Unexpected to see how fast his career has been downgrading a lot. He played for MU, Chelsea, then Villa, and potentially goes to Getafe now. I think bro shoulda accept Getafe's offer instead of staying as a jobless guy. He demands 4m yearly, which is too high for incompetence player like him. The better he to accept anything offered by Getafe, but not far less than what he demanded. I thought he was still at EPL, but he already left from his club as a free agent. This proves how fast time flies. He seems still have competence to play football, and joining Getafe is gonna be a good decision, right? Who knows he can boost his career by playing there. Gordon Sancho has been without a club for a very long time, and like you have said that it's been so long you heard about him so do I and some football fans, I'm happy to see him returning to football. For now one of the most difficult task is bringing out the light of Manchester United as it used to be, to archive this the changes most come from the management in terms of decision-making because this is just the only way out. Just like what happened in the transfer window, after presenting Carrick's choices of reinforcement the management choices was far from he's which was why the transfer window never provide lasting solutions to the Uniteds problem. I think its the right time for management to take there hands off coaches decision to see if it will be useful
If you referring to the light they had during the days of Sir Alex Ferguson, then I don't think any kind of decision making they do will make Man United shine like they did during that time ...While they accept that as a reality, they should also accept the fact that what they need are better players instead of changing the manager....So they should focus on the winter window as it approaches and make sure to buy players that can actually come and make an actual difference in the club...Infact it is wiser that they spend more money on fewer player who are world-class than pack a bunch of upcoming player who has no tendency of making an actual difference to their team..Now isn't early for the Man United management to start scouting for players ahead of the next transfer window..

The main problem that happened at Manchester United was that it was too fast to change coaches without giving enough time, not wanting to go through the process, still stuck with ego, ambition, wishful thinking, and clearly too demanding every coach to make an instant impact. So, if a pattern like this continues to be repeated because of impunity then Manchester United will still run in place. In addition, other clubs continue to grow, build foundations and identities, and Manchester United are increasingly lagging behind in all aspects.
I think you're getting things wrong here. The problem of United is not because they changed coaches rather it was lack of recruiting efficient players during the transfer window. Amorim came to United and imposed a different tactics that weakened the team, so they had to sack him. Carrick came in and had instant impact, their performance improved and he even helped them qualify for the UCL. Coming into this new season, I expected United management board to sign players of UCL standard to strengthen the squad, but they declined, now we can see how it's affecting them. United defense have been weak this season which has been their main problem this season. not Carrick.

The move to Manchester United was disastrous and that is what Jadon must have felt because of his good performance and his prime ran out just because he was at Manchester United and had a dispute with the coach at that time so that after his Prime dimmed the club moved did not bring him to good performance. Being at Getafe is not too bad because at least he is still at a club that plays in the highest domestic league even though Getafe is not a big club for now. But what is interesting when this transfer happens is that Getafe always take players who had previous problems at Manchester United before Jadon we know Greenwood also played for this club before switching to Galatasaray and his performance was slightly raised at Getafe so this could be a new start for Jadon with the hope that his performance is slightly raised as it happened to Greenwood before.

that's exactly what i think too, clearly having found a club that lets him play is important, so he can also play and relaunch his career, there's still time and it's a shame that he stopped when he's still young and still has a lot of championships ahead of him and the possibility of returning to the top and in any case Getafe isn't bad.

In my opinion, Getafe is a club where those who are not yet in top form can concentrate and do better to bring new results, certainly a place where you can grow and where players can give their best without being judged, which is why i see it as an excellent opportunity for them.

I believe it was unexpected result by him. When he was moving to the MU, he woulda had huge expectation to his career. We knew MU was one of big club in EPL, and any player that went there always had big expectation to be next superstar. Yet, all of his dream vanished because team didn't believe in him, and he jumped from one to another club in order to resurrected his career, but it's not succeed. So Getafe becomes his next stone to boost his career again. He can get lots of attention from the big clubs again as long as he deliver performance beyond our expectation. He's just another Greenwood who is trying to rising again, but the most important part to lower his wage demand. He will get a chance as long as he can accept anything less tham 4m yearly.

I brought up the Alex Ferguson because he was given the time to actually shape the team as he pleased, and he had the time to grow his favorite players. I never said a new manager has to play the same way or win the same trophies as Ferguson. But giving a couple of years to the manager and then hire a new one makes no sense in my opinion: you have an idea, a project, a vision, you follow it. Starting again from scratch every few years is useless.
The problem with modern days football is that their is zero patience for players and managers. You just need to hit the ground running, because since football is more like a business now, pressure will start building the moment result start going south. During the beginning days of Sir Alex Ferguson, the expectations were not that big, so their was room for a failed season, because as it stands right now, no top club across europe is patience enough to still believe in a manager after doing badly in the first three months in charge, so while building your team, you need to be winning and be getting a far result, because that's what going to buy you time before you can fully implement your playing pattern. Though sacking Micheal Carrick wouldn't solve all their problem, but he might get the sack if result does not improve. Do you know what I consider another huge problem with modern football? American owners. The majority of this American groups just buy teams with the idea to make some money, and in many cases they know very little about football and yet they expect results immediately just because they spent money. It doesn't work like that, and it never did. And yet they keep making the same mistakes.

One question that might answer everything. Do you remember when MU were under Ten Hag? How much money was spent, and what were the results? Ten hag won a few trophies for MU, but when a new season started, the results kept getting worse. The management had also given him the opportunity to spend money on several players, but the results were still poor. So, this is not just about the manager and the management. Pressure from the club's president is also one of the factors.

The management should be changed because they're the ones making these poor decisions that are affecting the team performance. I don't know how long it will take a team to stay on the ground because Manchester United own is becoming too long.
Of course, the old players don't have much to give to the club but I believe that new players can be of help to improve the team performance. It's like going from fry pan to fire.
When a club starts to perform poorly, they always think it is the manager, but when you check Manchester United, you will notice they have been changing managers, but things are not working well for them. The next decision they can take currently is to look for new players for the club, because I am not really sure if the problem of Manchester United currently is only the coach. Their performance last season was much better than this current one. They need new stars in the club to make them perform better in all the competitions they’re playing. Man-u need a serious change to make everything go well for them in the league competition and UCL.

Jokes apart, what Manchester United need is to sell off the entire club to a new owner because so far nothing seems to be working at all. I really had high hopes on their performance this season just because of the way they ended their last season campaign with Micheal Carrick but it seems that's way out of the picture now because they have been absolutely terrible both players, manager and everyone together.

He'll literally go there and dominate in La Liga. Trust me when I say that the Spanish national league is for players like him who are great technically, he will most definitely dominate the Spanish league just the same way he dominated German Bundesliga during his time with Dortmund. I don't know why almost all the teams he played for on loan are not willing to sign him despite his talent; I believe it was because they mostly see him as a player who will not take a wage cut, and these teams are looking for a way to get a good player of his calibre at a very cheap rate, and maybe the Premier League is hard for him. He can go and try his luck with Getafe if he agrees to join them. Sancho was one of the best wingers at Dortmund, but since he left for Manchester United, he has not been in his good form even at Chelsea and Aaton Villa, but if he joins the Laliga side, I think he will do better because it is not as difficult as the Premier League.

Who basically became an ex-footballer while he was still 22-23 years old? I wish him all the best but I think his problem is more mental than technical at this point. We saw a similar situation with Dele Alli years ago: when he was 18-20 years old he already was one of the best players of the league and then everything went downhill, he had an incredible regression.

I think that the problem of Sancho started when he turned down signing for Chelsea on a permanent basis just because the salary he wanted did not matches his expectations. Since then, he has not been the same player because his performance at Aston Villa wasn't encouraging, which was the main reason he was not signed on a permanent deal, so he should be grateful that getafe is interested in him because this move can revive his playing career only if he can seize the opportunity.

Sancho's career basically ended when he moved from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United. They paid a huge amount of money for him, he signed a super contract, and the performances were a disaster. Playing in Germany, especially with Borussia Dortmund, a team that basically take part at competitions to grow players and sell them, is way different than playing in England. But besides that, I would have never expected Sancho's career to take such a wild turn.

Dominate La Liga? Sancho? Who basically became an ex-footballer while he was still 22-23 years old? I wish him all the best but I think his problem is more mental than technical at this point. We saw a similar situation with Dele Alli years ago: when he was 18-20 years old he already was one of the best players of the league and then everything went downhill, he had an incredible regression.
The English player will be hoping to recover his form like Mason Greenwood. he is just 26 and could play for a long time if he puts in more effort. His wage demands of around €4m have been the major impediment to him getting a new club. He has been getting offers from the Middle East but wants to remain in Europe. He might have reduced his wage demands because Getafe might not be able to afford it. Getafe coach José Bordalás would have to devise means to support Jadon Sancho to regain his form.

I think even Carrick is also amongst the problems currently. Last season we saw him playing players at their natural position but this season it not like that. We barely see Cuhna play this season, but last season he was starting in that striker role then Sesko or Zirkzee will come in. Today we say the like of Mbuemo and bruno playing in that CF role. What gave Carrick that wonderful season last season was him doing the basic, why is that now difficult for him to do. Mbuemo had some chances today, if it was a natural Centre forward, they could have scored. So Carrick is also contributing to the teams problem, though majorly if from the management and owners.
