During preSale campaign that was take place at 16th May 2017 we issued 50 741 preSUR tokens and attracted:

275 investors participated in the pre-ICO.

My name is Eugene Lobachev.  I'm founder of Suretly. We’ve created an alternative to investing in p2p-lending and named it crowdvouching.
Unlike p2p-lending, our customers do not lend any money to borrowers - they just vouch for them and earn a fee.

This project was supported by the Higher School of Economics in Russia. We became the GenerationS finalists, which is Europe's largest accelerator. Now we’re working to pass the Starta Accelerator program in New York. By the way, Starta Accelerator is preparing its ICO as well.

In early March 2017 we participated in  LendIt-2017 in New York, which is the world's largest credit technologies exhibition. Lenders from around the world took an interest in our solution.

We haven’t decided on the ICO date yet. We are now researching the demand for such investments within the cryptocommunity. If we decide to go for an ICO, we’ll have a preliminary sale first. After the pre-sale, we are going to issue tokens secured by shares. Quarterly dividends will be paid on shares.

Also, after the ICO we will be hiring new team members in every country where we are present.

We'll  prepare a roadmap a little bit later! And we  will definitely use an escrow service.

If the Borrower will not paid for the loan we'll charge voucher's accounts instead, but not for all loan amount, just for small portion (voucher can choose it himself from $2 to $10 usd). So, the Borrower should find a dozens of vouchers to cover the full amount of the loan.
