The ICO is not over yet so they cannot give a full details yet, but one thing is for sure since it uses an Ethereum platform then we can surely see this in a decentralized exchange called etherdelta right after the distribution of tokens will start.

Thank you for the reply. My concern is it should be listed on major exchanges where there is more volume, e.g. Bittrex.

I personally have seen ICOs going below ICO price if they do not get listed or listed on smaller exchanges like etherdelta/liqui.

I hope that some coordination is underway for getting listed on major exchanges, would benefit everyone.

Hi! Thank you for your question.  Those, who have participated in this ICO and have been following this project from the very beginning,  know that Suretly had been accelerated by Starta Accelerator in NY this winter.

Starta has invested in Suretly in February, 2017, 3 months before its ICO. Starta Accelerator is one of the investors of Suretly. Suretly has nothing to do with Starta's ICO. As well as Starta has nothing to do with Suretly's ICO.

In case with Starta all investors will have to wait for any portfolio company to make an exit to buy back its tokens.

In Suretly case it depends on a project itself. Yes, it is a real life project and team members will have to adopt to the openness of the crypto community. They will try to be open through social channels. As for a buy-&-burn process it will be done according to plan (you can read about it in the White Paper).

Due to the SEC requirements Suretly won't be able to guarantee that SUR tokens will be listed on American exchanges. As you might know American exchanges take care about not listing certain type of tokens as well.

Yes, frequent communications between devs and community are important.
Starta did a poor job in that aspect.

Well, it is much easier to do that when you are an open-source company. There are always certain groups of followers who test and help your team with the development. It is a constant communication. With a real-life project it is more difficult but still possible, like, through blogs, news channels and some chats to give news, learn the feedback of the app usage and so on.
