They got hacked last year and lost 70 million $ or something if i remember correctly. That's not anything small to forget about. While they might not be a scam company, preventing people withdraw/deposit funds lately raised suspicions.  If you want to be safe, just trade on somewhere else. Too many people here see them as the new possible Gox.

my main goal is not trading, i just want to sell my BTCs
so i will add BTCs and sell it then withdraw money to my bank, so is it safe for this process?
also what other platforms you suggest to be save for such process?

No they are not safe for this process at the moment. Was it depositing or withdrawing, I can't remember which one did they suspend recently, but they are definitely having problems with those kind of stuff. There was even a person who couldn't withdraw his bitcoins for a time but then it got fixed.

I suggest you to use another exchange. Better be safe than sorry.
