Any legitimate coins in the $.001-.2 range that haven't been already pumped?

Does anyone know of any legitimate, non-scammy projects that are still trading for pennies (or less) that haven't been pumped to death already? Sure coins like Bitbay and such are only a penny or so, but they've already 'exploded'.

Definitely Dopecoin. Still very-very cheap with low volume and market cap, not added to most of the exchanges and devs making good deals and have future plans.

Bad arguments. After all I do not know what is the definition of a legitimate coin for OP, but for me a legitimate coin is a coin that either have a great added value over the othe cyrpto-currencies or a crypto-currency already recognised by many people as legitimate.

And toward OP, a true legitimate coin at this price does not exist according to me.

have a look at NXT or ARDR. there wasn't a pump since a long time.

I put some money in icash they say it's not pre-mined and new dev will be on board next week (I'm not sure this is just speculation). But I'll wait and see.

with low price dogecoin is the best, another you can try xrp , nxt and ardor

I understand you would like to get coins that worth as little as possible so that the only way would be up but any coin at that range would be either dying or dead already or turned out to be a scam. Sure you can buy paycoin from gawminer if you want for that cheap amount but where could you buy one and where could you sell it, definetly doesn’t worth it at all. I say take a look at more steady ones.

I suggest TRST token, it has a price of $0.12 now, it is over ICO price, but it is expected to pump more in the coming weeks.
