How long time will it take until we start to see an escape from BTC the reason I ask is the following.
First I made a test send BTX from the wallet to Cryptopia it was done within seconds and the fee was some cents. Than I transfer BTC from Bitfinex to Cryptopia it took almost 10 hours and the fee was almost 5 dollars.
After purchase more BTX, I send all BTX to the wallet it took less than a minute, the fee was again some cents only. Moon is to close for BTX, BTX will go for the outer space. Peace.

My coins are in trezor, hard to get the private keys out, is it possible to still provide a claiming service?
I am also wondering if there is some way around the Trezor problem. Now that my BTC are locked down in Trezor, I am unwilling to move them.

No need to export private keys. You can simply sign messages with Electrum then. But the question is still: Do both address types work? Segwit and legacy?

Thanks for the replies. Have just been reading that I can access the Trezor keys using Electrum. So that's fine. I can just let them sit and continue to accumulate further airdrops. Does seem to be an issue with signing from Segwit addresses right now though (i.e. - you can't) so I guess Byteball is out.

Can I sign a message from withing the bitcore mobile android app? I dont find such an option.
If no, how can I import my mobile wallet in the desktop windows app? I dont find any option to "import" on my Desktop PC the backup of my mobile wallet. I want to apply for the next airdrop with the new rules but cant.

I believe in BTX long term as the airdrop accelerates. Eventually many alts won't be so beholden to BTC once it's at 50k and stable.

that's incorrect. you need a bitcore address registered to collect further airdrops. your trezor address will only get that one time snap shot and that's all it'll ever get.

as far as i can tell you can't obtain this airdrop with a signed message either. you need a private key to import into the bitcore wallet. if you want to be sure then it's better to send your coins to a paper wallet until the snap shot is taken and then send them back to your trezor. then you can pull the private key into a bitcore wallet and sign it up for the ongoing air drops.

I haven't got airdrop. Checked in for 2 weeks until October 30. Purse joined 28 Oct . No chance to get? (14bBLwHcYsHLMVMar4sp6ot7opRE7xNw8E)
How much do you have BTX in your wallet? You must have your coins in a specific address that you registered. So if u have BTX, just send all of them in your own address, and then check: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/search.dws?q=14bBLwHcYsHLMVMar4sp6ot7opRE7xNw8EFor now it shows no info. that means that this specific address doesnt have BTX in it.. Your wallet could have hundreds of addresses, but you need to have BTX in specific one. Addresses are like a pockets of your wallet I correctly checked the coins transferred to your wallet.Never got a response. Why not come airdrop? Your wallet is empty again. How you want to be qualified for airdrops, if your address is empty???!!??? Load your REGISTERED ADDRESS and everything is fine, if you registered. Greetz Steve

Guys just a reminder - Block #492820 is near Oct 30, registered BTX holder, min 1 BTX, receive 25% BTX airdrop Nov 2, last day to claim April snapshot BTX airdrop Nov 2, new snapshot BTC holder block ~492820, min 0.01 BTC, receive 50% BTX airdrop ( 0.01 BTC = 0.005 BTX) Nov 6, registered BTX holders, receive weekly 3% BTX airdrop (+1% subsequent month)
Yeah that looks like a perfect summary

Yeah that looks like a perfect summary let your BTC idle on btc address at snapshot, then convert it to BTX for monday 3% airdrop I think most dumper will do it before monday, so buy more BTX between Nov 3rd-5th however you should calculate it beforehand your BTC amount, BTC price, BTX price, BTC tx fee and make your decision based on your predictions and calculations... don't just follow my advice & blame me later for your losses btw can we do trade transfer safely (on cryptopia) between users to avoid trade fee and others provided that both parties trust each others and cryptopia probably won't help if any party scam
