The price of Bitcore is very under pressure  Shocked I thought we will stay over 30 dollars, but now we are already at 26,24 dollar and there is no support at the moment. I hope we will not go under 20 dollar.

Technicals are breaking down, volume dropping, and now rumors of ISIS taking over?  I’m dumping.

I have made an account on bit-z and i want to withdraw some btx coin. They ask for id verification , i send id but i blur my sensitive data and they won't verify because i blur. It is safe to send my id and selfie with my id to this exchange?
IMHO it's never safe to pass on government issued documents over the internet at all, regardless who the receiving party is.
But it's not like you have a choice if you want to be verified.

The problem is that i sent bitcoin to bit-z and now i can't withdraw it until i send my id-s with no blur. But i don't think is safe to send documents to any website.

I agree with you, but your choices are limited, either say farewell to your bitcoins, or send them what they're asking. No 3rd alternative.

Imagine if some bad actors get your ID.  It may be best just to leave your coins on the exchange.  I’m sure they’re safe.

Personally I would be glad to see it around $4 for at least a day or two so I can buy more. Surely this is a huge tech and the dump only helps to redistribute the coins to so many other supporters.

I wonder how many of those 26k addresses actually have enough coins to be eligible for the airdrop. I believe people see the word 'airdrop' and assume it's all for free.

Did the developer start selling his coins? I do not want to believe it, I do not want to believe that developers can spoil such a wonderful project! What's happening?! Developers please respond. If you sell part of the coins, I think you should tell the community about it. Perhaps this is for listing on another exchange.

But it did go 500% UP way too fast, didn't see anyone complaining then, on average the price was moving 0.001-0.002 on good days, then all of a sudden 0.005 then everyone wanted some. Pumps are great, but the adjustments do hurt, that's why you gotta be smart and never buy from the top.

Lol. Thank you for this kind of FUD here, maybe I can buy more cheap BTX. Sell your BTX fast.
P.S. price was overheated by speculators and now is dropping down in cause of HitBTC delay.

A couple of points that would clear the air for me if provided with some proper answers are:

1) Some official feedback from HitBTC (not BTX team) about the BTX listing, a tweet perhaps (not the usual reply from BTX team "they are working on it"), the way this listing has been handled by both the BTX team and the HitBTC counterpart is very bad
2) Some clarification of the "dev moving coins" post above (not even sure if that is a fud attempt or what but hey - transparency keeps investors around)
3) Again a proper status update on the BTX CoinMarketCap issue provided by CoinMarketCap, not the BTX team, again a tweet from them would be very welcome

--ypsi
Absolutely true, any detailed and reliable answer to any of these questions would correct the situation for the better and calm the community.

Thanks Christian!

It's just that the tweet says November 16th, and now is Sunday November 19th.

Therefore it is better not to make such announcements when dealing with exchanges.

Having said that, I bought 100 BTX.

I did understand Hitbtc had some extra workload  from the non split btc segwit2x so there was some reshifting in planning. Bet it will be listed soon. Offcourse to bad from price drop.

because HitBTC is the only one that allows segwit2x exchanges .. whereas other exchanges have not yet entered segwit2x

Statement regarding Dev Fund Splitting

Dear Bitcore-Community,

In order to minimize any potential security risks it has been decided to split the development funds into smaller chunks of 10k BTX.
These coins will not be moved and are still visible for everyone on the Bitcore blockchain, providing full transparency.
https://chainz.cryptoid.info/btx/#

Thank you for your understanding.

If that’s planned for selling into a pump the price will completely collapse.  I’m dumping.
