The Electrum server at electrum.bitcore.cc seems to be down now.  Is someone working on that?

Also, the .zip and .tar.gz files at https://github.com/LIMXTEC/electrum-btx-claim/releases seem to be missing the wallet.py change.

TLDR: Just looking for a US based bitcore pool.  preferably West coast.  thx Smiley

Hello.  Could anyone recommend a US pool for bitcore?  I'm extreme North West US (Alaska as a matter of fact) and my hashes always seem to do better with pools closer to me.  I usually solo mine whatever I can but I really want to mine some bitcore lately.

thanks for any help.

TLDR: Any ccminer alternatives for windows/nvidia?

Hi.  My 6-GPU nvidia rig is constantly freezing up when trying to mine bitcore.  I've adjusted intensities and clocks are default.

Are there any ccminer alternatives or resolutions to multi-gpu nvidia rigs freezing up?  Oh, and I can't afford .05 btc ($600++) for custom mining software.

Thx

Ok, i will try with these setting you mention.
Thank you for your reply and help Mike, HNY 2018 Smiley

Hi, somebody could give me the right setting i need to use in the .bat file to mine BTX with sgminer, i want try mining with my rig 8 gpu AMD RX580 Windows 10.
Thank you in advance.

Now i try this below, but error message sgminer is not recognized...
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
sgminer.exe --kernel timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://bitcorepool.cc:1111 -u mybitcoreaddress -p x -I 16
pause

what sg miner are you using i use 5.6.1 nicehash for timetravel10
not all sg miners worked for me maybe also try suprnova pool.
and i have the intensity set to 22
i also dont overclock the cards and get 10mhs per card on 470 and 580 set up.
hope this helps.

19X6CoqWzCYp3frFsbpxmrGczyftenart1
try this first -k instead of --kernel
also try -g 4 and -w 256
miners are strange from system to system what works for me might not work for someone else with the same set up.
i am also using the amd mining beta drivers

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
sgminer.exe --k timetravel10 -o stratum+tcp://suprnova.cc:3629 -u mike34.4 -p x -I 22 -g 4 -w 256
pause

try mine really quick and see if that works

What ccminer are you using and also what gpu and drivers are you using
i am running 3 x 1070 on latest drivers 388.59
latest ccminer 2.2.3 cuda 9 on windows 10
getting 17mhs per card
msi power limit 80
core @ +150
mem @ +300
it is very stable
i found trying to limit power down to 60,65,70 gave me freezes you wont get down to 100 or 115 watts per card with this algo it will use more power.
also try --cpu-priority=4 and i have intensity set to 20
hope this helps

To anyone asking about more/better marketing: We finalized our base strategy for marketing during our last meeting.
There are some fundamentals to be accomplished first before we go big on marketing. You can expect them soon.
Also we do have a few more meetings coming up, but right now our focus is on development behind the scenes.

2017 was just the start of a new cryptocurrency project with great tech fundamentals.
2018 however will be huge. Expansion in all directions.
As most of you know we don’t want hype before things are actually done. Still, a lot of details will be available in our official roadmap on the new website.

Thank you community for your enthusiasm and continuous support!

Happy New Year. Smiley

I appreciate the fact of NOT hyping things before they are done, this is a wise approach. I hope however that the attention which will be given to PR and marketing in 2018 will match the quality of the tech of the coin.

You have your privatekeys or not ? Or any .dat format Wallet backup ?

Always take wallet backups before any accident happen ...

Backup Wallet : File > Backup Wallet

Or to get privatekeys of your address u can do by doing

Help > Debug Window > Console > then type > dumpprivkey BTXaddress

Make habit of taking backup.

Is there a way to claim the BTX with a Ledger wallet?

Yes, use the special version of Electrum the devs developed. I used it with my Trezors to get my initial BTX.

Follow the guide here: https://bitcore.cc/claim-hw.php

Download wallet here: https://github.com/LIMXTEC/electrum-btx-claim/releases

Follow the guide very carefully.

Buy a Trezor and Protect your BTC, BCH, BTG, DASH, LTC, DGB, ZEC, ETH and ETC from hackers.
If I was helpful please buy me a coffee BTC: 1DWK7vBaxcTC5Wd2nQwLGEoy8xdFVzGKLK  BTG: AWvN1iBqCUqG2tEh3XoVvRbdcGrAzfBBpW
If I was helpful please buy me a burger DGB: DLASV6CUQpGtGSyaVz5FYuu5YxZ17MoGQz
