More people know and understand this unique chance to get easy weekly gains, the bigger this will be, and the potential to be huge is definitely there. It is not strange in the crypto ecosystem. Most of coins drops a little bit (if the whole market stay stable during that time) when campaign/ bounty participants got their rewards. Because they intentionally (most of them) to sell their rewarded coins to cash out to fiats and spend for their daily expenses or re-investing into other coins which they think better choice. However, BitCore is a good project, so I think it will be better to hodl the coin for long-term. |

BTX didn't go down because of the Airdrop but due to market slipping, most coins are in RED. Probably a bit of both on Mondays but yeah, the downtrend is because of the market conditions. Nothing is performing that well at the moment. Watching my portfolio decline by the day haha. |

Actually its good we have those regular dumps. Thanks to this the price goes down and we will not see too big crash when airdrops ends... more and more people are deciding to hold longer and to be honest, its such a waste to dump at 5 USD, that more people will decide to hold.
That remains to be seen. The price can easily fall to 5 dollars and below. There is enough room below 1 USD, just look at Dogecoin unless the devs come up with unique features and BTX gets accepted at major exchanges, of course. On the other hand, when airdrops end, there'll be no more free lunch for everyone and that could boost the price somewhat. I think it is guaranteed to fall below 5 dollars either before or directly after the last airdrop. It might go down to as far as 3.50-3.60 dollars which is right where the value should sit due to daily transaction volume. However, I do not think it will go anywhere near as low as 1 dollar unless some really bad stuff happens. Theoretically, if there is an uptick in active users then the price will start to rise after the airdrops are done. But it could also work in the opposite direction as many people might have simply been here for the free airdrops. Only time will tell but price matters little to me. I am beginning to believe that having a hard cap for total supply is a negative thing for a functioning currency. I am still searching for something useful as a currency and if nobody creates it then I will try and do so... I see what you are trying to get across to us, but I have my doubts about that. It would make perfect sense if the BTX price was rising or at least staying at the same level. But when the price goes down every week by margins far exceeding the airdrop %, keeping coins in these circumstances makes no economic sense whatsoever because you will be losing more than receiving dollarwise. The takeaway is that it is possible that people are not going to drop their coins after the airdrop comes to an end. Rather, I hope, there will in fact be an upsurge in demand near the airdrop's final weeks, kind of FOMO, likely in the second half of April. |

I agree, the logical thing is actually price going up when airdrop is finishing, because selling all bought and airdropped coins would still make you loose money. So the only logical thing is to keep it or buy more, because there will not be the inflation every monday soon and the coins will be much more scarce. |
