That guy is talking about east european border nations - some of them are still 3rd world status because communism wasnt that cool in the end.
Don't know where you're getting your knowledge about world economy, but there are no nations of a 3rd world status in the European Union, not even close.
In third world countries, or postcolonial countries, citizens usually have to survive on less than $100 a month. Wages in the EU start with €400 a month, which as you can see is completely incomparable.
I don't know European countries where the salary is 400 euros. The minimum wage in Germany, 1080 euros. In poor countries, and lower prices. Should not be considered wages, and purchasing power. In Germany, you will not live on 100 euros a month.
AFAIK, Bulgaria and Romania are in the €400 range, with Lithuania and Hungary being just €100 above that. I'm aware that purchasing power might be different, but they are all in the Union with open borders. You can jump in a car, do some shopping in a neighboring country and be back in less than 2 hours. PP line gets blurred when the borders open and on one side you have people earning twice more than you do.
I wasn't talking about the minimum but the average.

Yeah because it is actually so strange to see someone going out and marrying someone 20 years older than himself...

He is 39 and she is 64. The difference is much more than 20 years. And he fell in love with her, when he was 15 and she was 40. Such a guy is unfit to be the president of any nation, much less France.

But is perfectly ok in the Trump family , right?

shhhhhh
Don't use arguments against Trumtards, it makes them feel uncomfortable xD

And I still don't understand how it is linked in any way to ones ability to rule a country...
Theoretically, this does not affect the process of governance, but if the leader is subservient to his wife, he will not be able to manage the country. He can't be a leader at all. Psycho President can always predict features of his reign.
So now having an older wife means you're subservient?
I see the arguments are getting better and better...
When a man lives with an older woman he psycho child. The woman also cares about him as a child and this imposes a definite imprint on the character of the spouses. The child always tries to consult with the "mother".
Sure, and when the man is older it's the same thing but as a dad figure.
In fact the only sane relationships are when the 2 have the same age. They can maybe have 1 year of difference but more and it's just a psychotic relationship. Roll Eyes

Macron has no merit. He's just an opportunist. I wish there could be some dose of meritocracy in french politics, but I'm dreaming. Marine Le Pen is where she is because of her father, while Macron was a nobody 3 years ago. He only got famous when the president choose him to become minister. He's young and bullish. I'm not sure he is what France needs, but frankly I don't care. I think that country is doomed. Every time I'm going there, there are strikes and street blockades...

Doomed yeah,
The only developped country that still tries to resist capitalism without limit.
Yeah we go on strike. Cause we don't see why we should be paid less and less while every company is growing and every share holder is earning more and more Wink

I don't understand. Some people are successful, obviously they're not related to you, but you think that their success should be shared with you? Why? If you're a loser, you have to change yourself. The winners, nor the world doesn't need you.

That's why I left actually, too many losers there. I've sold the apartment I had on the riviera in 2014. I think Ethiopia is much nicer than France nowadays. The people are nicer, they work harder while being paid only a fraction of what the average French makes, and they're also happier.

M.Macron, if elected, will have a lot to do. I hope he can do greater things than seducing a woman 25 years older than him. Is that his greatest achievement?

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

You may be too simple to achieve the Makron. I want to remind you that until recently macron was the chief investment banker of the Bank of Rothschild. Do you think that he is unfairly held this position? Its success not only in women.

Remember the US elections?

Remember, our socialist media, constantly confirming polls that showed Hillary ahead?

The silent majority are waking.

Right now, Le Pen is 28 points behind Macron as per the latest opinion polls. Even if there is a significant reverse Bradley effect (as the case with the rust belt states such as Wisconsin in the 2016 POTUS election), it will be impossible for her to overcome this margin.

We all said the same thing about Trump when placed like the Huffington post were coming out with reports that gave Trump a 1.8 percent chance of winning the Presidencey, though I do see the difference here as it is opinion polling. Trump was also down in all the polls and I simply think this was because some people were just afraid to say they were supporting Trump until they went to the voting booths and showed their support in the ballot box.

I don't know what's going to happen, but I do think that if she does lose which she has a good chance of losing I think it's going to be much closer then we expected to happen. Or at least, what the media expected to happen.

There is a huge difference between election in France and in the United States.

First, based on the french system Trump would have lost.

Secondary , the difference in polls was not even closer to what is right now in France.
Trump needed a few thousands votes in some key states and that's all.
The best example is Michigan won by 11 000 votes, 47,5 to 47, 2.
Le Pen needs a few millions that have to come out of somewhere but from where nobody knows

In the US you win a few states by 10 votes and you lose some other by millions and you can still win.
That is not how things work in France.

Yeah because it is actually so strange to see someone going out and marrying someone 20 years older than himself...

No. That is plain wrong. If the POTUS election was solely based on popular vote, then Trump would have polled much more votes than Hillary. Confused? Check the turnout in the heavily Republican counties in deep-blue states such as California and Maryland. The Republicans in California didn't voted, as they knew that their candidate was not going to win. In some of the counties, less than 50% of the registered voters cast their ballot. There were a few deep-red states as well (such as West Virginia and Nebraska), but the population of these states were very low.

Same could be told for Hitlery.
Anyway it's a useless argument that was raised because the election is over.
Still the 2 elections aren't comparable. Contrary to USA, France has still a deep memory of fascism and its consequences. We have it written in the laws as much as in History.

No, the millions are based on the the number of votes Le Pen has managed to attract over time.
They have never managed to attract support from the left or the l/r centrist in local / eu parlament / parliamentary elections.

For example on the last elections the FN (her party) managed to get  27% votes. She only got 22 right now.

Let's not even start the discussion about Turkey.
That was a result like the one in North Korea or Venezuela.

There is a huge difference between election in France and in the United States.

Assumptions , assumption and far more assumptions.
The fact is that there are 2 million votes that Trump lost the Popular vote by.

And I can also launch assumption.
Maybe the New Yorkers stayed at home because they new that only half of them voting would get the votes needed.

My town is the bets example for this as the mayor got elected with 78% with a lower than 40% turnout.
Most people stayed at home because we all knew we was going to get elected there was simple no other option.

Pretty sure Macron will be the next president of France and I'm very happy with that. I would hate to see France leave the EU, then again I think he could push the EU in a different direction and contribute changing the way the EU works at the moment.

Emmanuel macron has said that if elected President of France he will be the initiator of the reform of EU management in order to prevent later all the talk about the exit of France from the EU.

Yeah so nothing.
I mean the guy hasn't even started to explain what will be those "reforms of EU management"...
And do I have to say again that you can't change anything in the EU management without the agreement of ALL MEMBERS? So that's pure void he's got nothing and will do nothing.

I still hadn't receive an answer from the guys trying to explain how marrying someone 25 years older is an important fact for filling the presidential seat.
I mean the guy has lots of defaults and will make an horrible president but his wife isn't a problem.
That's one of the few things which is not the problem to be honest xD

If he gets bored maybe he will divorce the us also....

I've heard Australia has some nice curves

Lol
I still hadn't receive an answer from the guys trying to explain how marrying someone 25 years older is an important fact for filling the presidential seat.
I mean the guy has lots of defaults and will make an horrible president but his wife isn't a problem.
That's one of the few things which is not the problem to be honest xD

Well, since we know love is blind maybe he is suffering also from some sort of blindness..which might get him unfit for being president.

Other than that let's be honest, I doubt there are more than 0.00001 % of users here who haven't fapped at least once on milf porn.

I think that she was 55 when they married...so it mid granny. Smiley.
But then again, as charlie sheen said once, maybe "she knows things".

But let's end this now. The elections are already a bad joke no need to involve porn in this mess.
Although, Porn would win the elections by 99%.
