To trade there you have to own some coins to cover costs of transaction.. In other words, thats why is easy to get in to this exchanges - everyone who want make any transaction must own minimum amount of their coin.. It is the way how their business work.. nothing special, and for sure it is not some kind of fraud. You just have to understand their politic..

Edit: My comment was only about Wave platform. On Tidex you can trade only with fees - more comfortable for you - for sure!

In waves platform you only need 0.003 wav and not 0.03, you can trade it there with no problem but the price is very low.
The ICO price was $1 and if you want to sell with a loss, do it now.

I checked starta capital at the ico phase, but didn't really get more into it. Profiles seemed real with a quick glance. I'll dive deeper into it if i decide to join in this again.

I'm sorry to hear that mate, there are project really that does not easily rise based on our expectation, as what I notice, most project that are under the Waves platform are not being traded with above ICO price but I still don't lose hope one day it will be listed in big exchanges.
To name a few, Zrcoin and Primalbase are still below ICO price.

I don't think we have anyone from team to respond to all questions right now, only thing all investors can do is to wait for them to provide a certain update from the project.Hope it does not become too late for the price to crash further.

This project is not a scam. Starta devs is a good friends of sasha ivanov. They dont take a money and dissapear. But. Remember lisk? Rise of a price was very slow but it will be. So if you invest your money, like me, just hold it. And believe me - to summer of 2018 one token will cost a 3$. I promise you.
