Hello!
The problem is that: Install Wizard is working normally, but after enter or creation the new wallet and new seed it simply turning off.
I tried all of the versions and tested it in 4 different computers (which of 3 with Win7 and 1 with Win10) with the same result.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Are you setting it up for the first time on these computers or upgrading an older version of Electrum?

If you don't have an existing wallet, you may want to try removing the Electrum folder from within your AppData folder to see if it resolves the issue.

It's the first time on all of these computers.

I have tried it but it doesn't help.
