Hi. Ako si Eugene Lobachev.  Ang founder ng Suretly. Gumawa kami ng alternatibong paraan ng pagiinvest sa p2p-lending at tinawag namin itong ‘crowdvouching’.

Pre-ICO Book building Campaign

What is book building?

Book Building is an alternative method of making a public issue in which applications are accepted from large buyers (wiki).

We are planning to start a private sale of preICO tokens on May 15, 2017 and raise an equivalent of 300K thousand dollars.  In case of the maximum amount will not be raised, we’ll start to sale preICO tokens to public on 16, May.

A commitment book will be created for the private sale purposes. It will contain a closed list of investors and the amount that they willing to invest in Suretly. In order to become listed in the commitment book, the investor should have an experience of similar investments in other projects who have threads at bitcointalk.org (providing transaction addresses is necessary for applying). The minimum eligible amount for private investors is 3000ETH (Or it equivalent in BTC).

We want to hire up to 10 agents who will be eligible to fill the commitment book (aka bookrunners). Every agent will receive 3% of the amount invested by private investors they invited.
