Hello,

After I quit the cgminer i get this screen and the computer hangs with these settings.

--shaders 1792 --gpu-engine 1075 --gpu-memclock 1650 --temp-target 75 -I 20 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 21712 -g 1

I am running (2x7950 temps 76 max) win 7 64bit, with 13.3 beta system is so far stable 4 hours in.. I only get this screen when i close the the cgminer !

The Bounty Q 10$ on pokerstars or ltc:

find me a motherboard under 1300 LE on this site that can take 3x 7950 without Risers..

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I would say either your gpu or memory is clocked a little bit too high. Bring down the memclock first ~25 and if that doesn't work bring down the engine ~10. That should fix your issue.

Tired of substandard power distribution in your ASIC setup???   Chris' Custom Cablez will get you sorted out right!  No job too hard so PM me for a quote

1) Try to reduce the frequency of the video card. Test default frequency ( gpu = 900, memclock 1250).
2)These motherboards are suitable:

Is it dangerous running it that high ?

overclocking without raising the voltage is not very dangerous. But I highly recommend you find a frequency that do not have issue. Probably this is the best way.

This didn't work overclocking with trixxx seems to work (as there is no problem with closing cgminer), over clocking with cgminer hangs the pc when i close cgminer, seems to be because of the frequency change (returning to stock) after closing cgminer the windows/gpu becomes unstable and shuts down...

good guess. Then  not to write
Quote
--gpu-engine 1075 --gpu-memclock 1650
and overclock just using trixx. If longer  will not happen, so guess is correct.
