Name Coin is one of the most widely used coin. Starting offer of 2 BTC is quite fair.

Domain is fairly decent, but in what way do you consider NameCoin to be "one of the most widely used" coins? I can't find anything that is backing up your claim.

NameCoin is being left aside like its just a fun project for the developers. No real improvements worthy of being mentioned being added, coin only thrives on occasional pumps, no real usage, and the list goes on.

This is a nice domain that can be valuble to someone but I dont think the value would come out of the fact that it's the name of a failing crypto.

Namecoin is number 40 on coincap right now, even way below something like dogecoin. It doesn't really have much of a future in my humble opinion and that it also doesn't have much actual use by anyone.

If someone wants to buy the domain it could be used as a brand for something like a crypto friendly domain registrar but I can't think of any value out of it if it's being used or based on the namecoin crypto coin. For that reason I think 2 BTC is a fairly high price especially considering how much BTC has risen over the past weeks.
