You can: 1) search for 'litecoin' on ebay
             2) buy from http://www.coinmama.com/

although they'll be expensive..

The chance of getting scammed is high. I would consider it for $10 for 1 LTC.

This is the way. It's not direct PayPal to LTC but it works Cheesy

1. Search Google for currency exchange forum.
2. Find a member who has a lot of rep on the forum and trade your PayPal for Liberty Reserve.
3. Buy BTC with LR on aurumxchange.
4. Trade BTC for LTC.

You may end up losing some money on fees, but sometimes there are people who are desperate to get PayPal to be able to withdraw money in their country.

What exactly would Liberty Resrerve be? Is it a bank or are they some sort of coupons? Thanks by the way! =)

Seems like a lot of demand using paypal.  I am in the process of creating a marketplace/escrow service to ensure safety and prevent fraud but I am wondering what type of fee and minimum transaction I would need to do to make it worth my time.

Would you be willing to pay 5% fee to be able to buy using paypal?

The fee's won't matter, the main problem with PayPal is is that chargebacks are extremely easy to do. It's hard to take measurements, except to put limits early on or without verification, but that only annoys users and is a lot more trouble. An exchange via PayPal is hard, and it'll all depends if you'll earn more over the chargebacks.

Well the way the service will work is buyer sends funds via gift to the company, seller sends coins to company.  Once both have been received then company sends to both parties. If transaction is not complete in 24hrs, it will be cancelled.  Being that it was sent via gift, I don't think the buyer can do a charge back.

Because it will be a manual process on my end, receiving and sending out I am trying to think of a fee that is reasonable but also worth my time.

I dont mean to sound nasty but what the hell is wrong with you? Dont use paypal... the point of cryptocurrencies is that we dont need paypal. Paypal/ebay is a money-hungry corporation that wants to suck fees out of you. I understand that ebay is used a lot, well if we stopped using it and made out own (like bitmit) then it wouldnt suck because people use it. Your actions directly effect this community, and when you contribute to the community then people notice and get on board. I will never use paypal again personally. I highly suggest using dwolla and you can pm me for a referral. On the same note, I also suggest you DO NOT use Mt.Gox for the same reasons. Use campbx, theres a referral for that as well, in my sig. Dont get me wrong, im not just saying this shit to get you to use my referrals, i could care less really how you sign up for what.. Just putting my opinion out there.
