Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

You cannot get scammed with a Proof-of-Work coin.
You don't right. You CAN get scamed with PoW too. Premine, instamine and other shit like this. Not so easy, the source is there, you can check everything before investing (mining) i agree with you even now i put an ads in my signature its because its ico using escrow and magically no one invest in such honest project |

Look at this Fools.  Interesting some people are still sending Ethers to the fake address 3 times the same amount? Looks suspicious. Maybe the hacker is sending himself ETHs so he gets refunds from the ICO lol |

I'm not sure the Coindash team have shown the necessary skills to implement a secure enough website to run a trading platform.
If you think $7.5m is a lot to lose, imagine how much it could have been 3 months into the site going live and then getting hacked.
Some traders hold more in single portfolios.
The crypto scene dodged a bullet here.
I read in other thread they used a wordpress shell. That is basically asking to be hacked if you do not have someone on team to patch all the possible holes, and even that does not guarantee anything. |

The Project you are wearing didn't have a lot of investors because people think many ICO are better than that but I'm not saying that suretlyis not a good project. To be honest, Coindash is a promising project but I don't know why it ends up like this. |
