A poll is really meaningless. People vote for whatever option that gives them the best bargain, without considering what's best for the project as a whole. People want ballace, is much fair than rake, you are against the ballance. Also when novcom was suspected for cheating, you took his side. interesting I have played online poker for more then 10 years and I know what im talking about. The players who play high stakes, thekid, novcom, bestlooser are all honest. |

there is no need high rewards to ring games participants,ring games is supposed for those who want to win more ,therefore if you able to win the chips from your opponent then those chips are your rewards.
as long as there is high rewards and 100% rakeback(cheating with 0 cost) then the cheating shits will not stop,there are still a lot of cheating uncaught yet during the period of high rewards to ring games participants in the past,just saying.
You're right, just because of that I lost all my tilt in less than an hour to novcom. How did he win all the time? Nomather how good were my hands, only he won did you play the games with him 1 on 1 or there were other players on the table? I played with him and with Price! When I left, he took us already 80k tilt. Come on, how is that only he won? And btw, I'm not greed, I just tried to make some rake for weekly rewards, but he was winning hand after hand, I lost about 10-20k, I tried to recover but no use, he won all my tilt, and a part of Prince's too. Thanks megatilt for that good management. Now, I ask you : Is it fair to struggle so hard for your tilt, and loose it all just because we are conditioned to have a big rake for weekly rewards? Is this a fair distribution? We are conditioned to play ring tables for reward, anything can happen there. Is it moral ? megatilt thing it is I really dont know what to say anymore. I play 24 tables on stars. I have seen worse. We are not Pokerstars! Pokerstars live on the back of their players! Poker is a gamble for most, but poker is the day job for lots of people. If you don't beat the game you play, you will loose eventually. Cash game is real poker. Freeroll tournaments is not. When the distribution model is proof of poker skill that should be considered. I am top 5 holder on megatilt so the new distribution would benefit me, but it destroys the future potential of megaclub.tilt and tilt coin. |

I agree that there may be some collusion in order to gain more rakeback, multiple accounts per person, as well as blatant cheating.
Giving bonus chips because a player already has a large balance will only centralize the Tilt-coins. In order for this project to survive there needs to be a popularity that has not been met yet.
Make a weekly tournament where the house matches the player buy-in (instead of burning the weekly surplus perhaps add some of it to the weekly tournament). 500 Tilt entry with 500 match. Make it Saturday or Sunday in order to allow maximum entries. If people want to register 6 days ahead of time it is okay because they paid for entry, if they sitout then it is their loss(ejected after 5 minutes of sitting out).
I guess you may be right about the centralization part, but don't eject paying people. That is only for freerolls. If I paid my buy-in I expect to sit out until my stack is gone and prefer to showdown my last hand not just automuck. |

My proposal to change the weekly rewards to be based on player balance will need further debates.
So I'm not making any changes.
The rewards by rank will go on for now.

If you register for a tournament it is because you want to play, if you cannot make it to a tourney you shouldn't register for it. You have just as much time to register as you have to unregister. This tactic of sitting out for the first ??minutes is ridiculous. This would not represent true poker skill, only poker fear. Its not fear its because I registered for a tournament while I was at work and I get home 5 minutes late and I'm about to click sit in and poof my money is gone? |

Then we will have 1 person sitting at all tables waiting to play, because why would you want to play at someone else's if they were getting an advantage? better than zero isnt it? |
