Activity vs Posts

Hello everyone

I have a question which I cant seem to find the answer to.

I hope you can help me out. Here it goes:

How do you increase you activity level on this forum? Has it anything to do with the number of posts, or is it all about how long you have been a member?

To increase you activity points here, you need to post at least one post in a span of 14 days to increase you activity by 14 points.
The activity points would not increase if you post even 100's of post in those 14 days.

I think this system is very well, activity depense on time is a good way in my mind.
