There is no fixed price for a single IMPRS. Price is dependant of the total sum invested. The more bitcoins or ethers are invested, the less you will get IMPRS, but each one will be worth more. This comes from the fact that we have a finished supply of 100 000 IMPRS and not a single more.

Bounties is not exactly 6% of the 100 000 IMPRS. These 6% are what we are keeping to fund bounties, animate the markets in the future, and have a little reserve in case we need it. Bounties are in fact taken from these 6%, but not everything will be used.
