Also your template looks a bit wonky, if you want to add your faucet to networks such as coinzilla, i'm afraid you will need to change that.

Maybe it is a good idea to connect with epay/faucethub.io, since these sites have alot more active users which you can promote your faucet to.

I thought I would see a message like: "X satoshis sent to your FaucetHub.io account", but no...

Anyway, the reward is too low, I'm sure nobody will use a faucet like this to earn few satoshis every 5 minutes. You need to increase the rewards if you want traffic on your site.
