Is the problem bios Insufficient memory warning code 12

maybe you have low page memory? try to increase to 12 or 24 some algo are very memory hungry, but if your problem is in the bios it's possible you screwed the motherboard installation? try to reset the cmos

Enable above 4g encoding.
