Howdy all,

I'm looking to get a .1 loan and I have an HP 260 mini tower for collateral  (PC Details: 500GB, 4GB, Core i3 6th gen, Win7). I was hoping there was a high-level trusted member in my area that could escrow.

Thanks!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

you are trying to sell it, so i am sure you arenot going to pay back this loan, just trying to sell it in this way.

i advice be honest, especially with the trust you have.

good luck...

Yes, I am trying to sell it eventually -- but losing a $300+ computer for $150 would just be silly. -- That and the fact you outright accuse me of being dishonest which is a little insulting but I don't hold it against you, I have the trust history to back up my credibility. It's the only real tangible/worthwhile item I have on me at the moment.

I've looked on the post history of him and seen nothing about selling the collateral and just as he said he was looking for a trusted escrow near on his address.
By the way, I've seen a loan request on the thread of yogg where he has an incoming btc to be sent unto him.
- Collateral or reason : Online purchase -- Collateral in the form of payment soon-to-come (https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?utm_source=NHM&p=miners&addr=1BCrqfSzNKcgLJRR9RUm6eoiFBb9izgH53)
Better search for some evidence before accusing someone. By the way, looks like yogg is planning to fill your loan if I am right.

EDIT:
Looks like he was selling the PC but still that doesn't change the fact that he was looking for an escrow for this loan.

If you have someone near you to hold your collateral (and he/she is trusted here ofc!), i'm sure that you will find a lender.

If this is correct, it will be better to lock this topic of yours and wait yogg... Cool

He isn't wrong that I was trying to sell it before: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1868835.msg18576014#msg18576014 but you can see I'm not trying to shoot my own foot and lose potential profit.

I haven't heard anything back from Yogg, I was checking with him to fill a very brief need.

Hello !

Please, can you show me where is the typo ?

- Loan amount : .01
- Repayment amount : .011
- Length: 2 days (or less, the ball is in Nicehash's court on when they send)
- Collateral or reason : Online purchase -- Collateral in the form of payment soon-to-come (https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?utm_source=NHM&p=miners&addr=1BCrqfSzNKcgLJRR9RUm6eoiFBb9izgH53)
- BTC address : 1BCrqfSzNKcgLJRR9RUm6eoiFBb9izgH53

^^^^
This loan has been funded. (over my thread)

So, CLE_Maximus, you mean to take 2 differents loans at the same time ? One for 0.01BTC and another for 0.1BTC ?
Not sure to understand what's going on.

Cheers,
yogg

Yes I am taking 2 loans, one was for a short term need and the other for long-term. (Is this frowned upon or something?)

Short term: Waiting on this Tx to confirm and will pay you as soon as it's good - https://blockchain.info/tx-index/83584b2a9da1af9bf3dd3f0a4ba9bfb7be159aad2c5e22c716625c4bdb3add0e

Long term: Still waiting for someone Smiley

It is not exactly frowned upon if you are offering different valid collateral for both the loans. In your current scenario, you are indirectly trying to sell your computer to the lender which doubts your credibility and I'd personally won't lend you anything because I don't need your computer,I need my bitcoins back with the interest.

I'd advise lenders to not fund your current loan before you've paid back yogg.
