We are waiting to hear from the couple people who have not received their coins ( we shipped far more than we didn't , only missing about 2-4 people ) Also stated in the OP to contact us asap if you haven't received the coins.

As stated before, we split ways with our previous partners, they were handling all the messaging & shipping but we have cleaned that up.

Coins were always available as a lot of customers received their coins just fine, our partners just decided they did not want to be apart of it anymore & moved out of state. Unfortunately taking the boxes of coins with them . We managed to have them shipped to us & they arrived today which is why we started back up & making all wrongs right

It was not the right time, things were not solved. We wanted to make sure all was right, this community means alot to us.

I indeed received my coins, although not without some small issues.
However,the fact that other customers were getting their coins does not change the situation for sky, hence I understand their anger.

Not if you compare the btc price to when they paid to when they received the coins. I would want a refund at this point
