Choice GPU for new build

Welcome i thinking to start build new rig for allcoin mining. At the moment i have rig

Mobo: ASRock H81 Pro BTC R2.0
GPU: 6xSapphire RX 480 Nitro OC+
RAM:8 GB 666Mhz
HDD: 128 SSD
CPU: G3260
PSU: * 1 000 Gold Evga
        * 1 300 Gold Supernova

Mining at the moment Musicoin

ETH - 170 Mhs - 810 Watts at wall
Zec -  1450 Mhs - 850 Watts at wall
XMR - 4350 Mhs - 790 Watts at wall

I thingking to build new one but i have big confiuse witch GPU to choice.

* RX 580
* 1070 GTX
* RX 480 Nitro

* Mobo 7 GPU i thing to make 10 15 GPU with extra 3 way risers.
Mor interest things for me is:

*Low power at wall or posible loading moded bios ( same like my rx 480 )
*Posible mining coin ETH / ZEC / XMR.
*Good colling system
* OC no needed becasue i will dont pass 950/900 watts max at wall.
* one psu config
* mining windows - or someone can help config with linux ?

Maximum cost 3 500 $ / 4 500 $

if you can get any of vga today, you can build what you want

but there is almost no vga on whole internet

only for the big farm small farm can order gpu on various website, on ebay i can find gpu a little expensive but they are available

You know the raiser with 3 PCIe is working only with AMD, right? And also not on every mobo and not with every PCI-E slot... There will be also big limitation of bandwith if you will running it in Gen 1...
