I sincerely hope they will get an actual logo and not just that dreadful scan of an old coin. I like the name, but apart from that, I don't see any rebrand at all. No real logo, no color scheme… The new logo was posted one or two pages before. I've seen it there, I think. Regards. And it is actually quite a nice one Sorry for the fuzz, but well, if your logo is pretty much invisible, that might be a problem. I know Ryo is a privacy coin, but still... Are new technical features coming with the rebrand or is it a pure rebrand for now? |

As a coder: I suspect fireice will be going over the codebase with a fine-toothed comb, then announcing a decision/strong opinion on what to do next. That's just my opinion, not affiliated w/ Ryo's dev team. |

I believe there's no hidden premine, Only early unlock? Devs will get fewer coins by the year 2020. Correct me if I'm wrong.
This year there will be 1M Sumo/Ryo coins to be released instead of 600k. The same goes for 2019 instead of 900K.

That's the official statement from VU (Dev) on Telegram: You all know Sumokoin has 10% premine and the team decided to lock it so that it can be released gradually to avoid dumping. Our original plan is to divide the premine into 7 wallets (see the attached spead sheet), however, we made a mistake that was not aware that in a locked tx, the change (back to original wallet) was locked too. That's why we ended up only 3 escrowed wallets (plus dev wallet that is the original one). We decided when the coins come back to dev wallet, we'll escrow them as planned: 1. When the 400k coins back to dev wallet in late July, we will lock it in a new wallet (Wallet 4) and that'll be transparent to you, so only 600k released to total supply. In 2019, 100k coins in change will be locked too and in 2020, when all coins are back we'll stick with the planned escrowing, i.e. locking coins to Wallet 4, 5, 6, 7 (see spreadsheet). The rest, abt 1M, will be locked for another year too (Wallet  2. When we started the coin, all devs were very new (and naive) to the field, we made mistakes and we want to apologize for anything improperly implemented. 2. We feel very upset when sumogr and Patrik leaving PR team due to this incident (and probably due to others too). They are all very good guys. However, we hope to maintain project as you all invest a lot to it one way or another. |
