https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/131588

This is my support ticket you may not be able to see. I waited 6 days to withdraw my money.
No. 1 change of IP address when withdrawing money I did not add it is prohibited in the account support has voluntarily allowed it.
Monday All the questions asked of the support I have done and they continue to let me wait
Thirdly, many people like me are not random. There is something in poloniex that we are not aware of. So I advise you not to send money to poloniex because of the presence of mtgox 2 with poloniex
I just tell people this because I'm losing my 2btc just saying they waited and waited. I inform this so that the latter will no longer be like me anymore, they are continuing to deceive us

Poloniex is probably overloaded, there is a lot of volume on it, and the staff may be over demanded, you could try to resubmit your ticket, or contact this user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=139578
he posted the announcement thread of poloniex in the forum.
