It is all to do with block size, BTC is too bloated to handle its 1mb or whatever, so something has to give.
Unconfirmed txs are often those that paid less than others. It is not what BTC was about when it started, but it is a way to deal with the issue.
The bitcoin developers could perhaps pull their fingers out and do some work to dig BTC out of this mess.

Yeah blockchain.info is absolutely crap. My transaction stuck too. It is not recognized by VIA BTC because fee are tooo low. I do not get any reminding from blokchain.info about low fee. It was just fine to send with less than 0.001 What can I do more?

I have the same problem as you, blockchain doesn't confirm it, viabtc isn't working, and i can't rebroadcast it. just received an answer from another member, which i am going to try. I am not sure if it is going to work, but i guess i'll find it out pretty soon. See the guide for yourself over here, "If you don't know what you are doing, I wouldn't suggest it." So, please don't held me responsible if it doesn't work. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-2l6xOqcbjs9QWEqSh72RD1d8EEdvG_hQuEXw_f_o6w/edit

I had this problem for a few days. I paid .002 in transaction fees on my .03 btc transaction. It was higher than the recommended amount. The first time, the coins got sent back to me. The 2nd time I tried to send it, it took about 2 days, but it finally confirmed. Also, blockchains website wouldn't load up and let me see my wallet either. It's now working after the transaction confirmed. I think they may have just been having issues.

Yup. It has confirmed over night for me aswell now. Pretty weird though, the recommmend fees are still way higher, and there are a shit ton of transactions in the pool.

It not bit low but its indeed very low just like other member said above and expected it will be confirmed longer.Just like mine I have accidentaly put low fee butt ive waited 2 days max.It really sucks but we cant able to reverse transaction once being sent.If you do like on fast confirmations then you should willing to put huge fees.

It is known fact that transactions became more slow from the last couple weeks. I also was waiting 4 days to my transaction be confirmed. I suppose such situation is going to become normal from now. Explain me if I am wrong.

Have you actually tried the ViaBTC TX Accelerator within the first minute of a new hour? ie at 11:00:01 or 13:00:05 or 02:00:10 or 17:00:20 etc etc?
I just did one 20minutes ago at 22:00:01 local time... Boom! Acceleration Succeeded. Make sure your computer time is synced to an internet time server and try and submit in the first few seconds of a new hour.

Beyond trying to spam their website with continuous attempts, there is nothing you can really do. Poolroom is bloated, network is congested. Eventually your transaction will be confirmed, as your fee is not tragically low. Did you just created this TX to be fit for ViaBTC's TX accelerator? You other option is to rebroadcast this transaction with higher fee.

I have heard all this week that transactions became fast again. And that's not true. Yesterday I transferred on my exchanger 0.01 BTC with hope that such little sum will pass fast and I will use to cash it out buy the good price, yesterday it was 2600+$. Today price fell down to 2200$ and my coins still "aviating". Will we ever see fast transactions again or we will have to live with that and see how we loose the possible profit?
