Civic looks promising.  I like tezos project, but disagree with open cap.  Should raise only what you need.

Tezos is really good. Try to spend some fund on if you have a chance. CIVIC is absolutely potential but I do not think that you will have a chance to participant in. SONM is on going. Why dont you spend some of you money on SONM?

a friend send me this: http://primalbase.com/

as I was checking it out, I realized it had nothing to do with blockchain or decentralized. It just had the concept of using an ICO and issuing tokens for fundraising.

What do you think. Are the ICO's changing? Are we coming to a new way of doing things?

Primalbase is a scam run away from it. FULL STOP. They put in the picture of Vitalik the founder of ethereum, who claims he has nothing to do with primalbase and that they have not approached him. Why the f would someone need an ICO for a shared office space? Like seriously. People must do their due deligence. Follow us at @icosnipers on twitter.

Why are saying that they're scam?
Here's Vitalik's tweets:

The ICO is about to finish and are giving the 1000XFC for 0.012 BTC

What price do you think you could achieve on your way out to the changers?

Thank you.  Huh  Huh

I would say Civic, Onegram, Crypviser and Dcorp, those are the most promising ICOs for me

Hmm, wasn't planning to since Wagerr is ending quite soon and I don't think I'll have the time to look at it in detail. I'll see what I can do though. Stay tuned Smiley

Didn't I read Tezos has a 0.2 BTC minimum buy?
or do I have that wrong? Seems like alot of $$$ if true.

I am looking for a new bounty campaign!

Good choice.  Not overhyped, novel, and well distributed due to whale prevention.  This is one I actually care to see developed in the end.

The minimum contribution is 0.1 BTC or its equivalent in other means.
