No, This DMB network issue. You can go to BLock explorer : http://digitalmoneybits.thecryptochat.net/ and see the time between 3669 and 3670. It costed 1 hour to find a block.

Therefore Investors will not be interested in this coin. I think Dev should think about this pre-mined coin before launching.

Premined coins will eventually be burned.  Reddcoin was premined too.  It was the first coin I bought.  I had the same issue with the premine then too.  Now its close to a 100 million marketcap coin. In my opinion, it's irrelevant.  It's only relevant if you believe the developers premined the coin to scam people.  I don't believe that's the case.  If you look at my other posts you'll see why.  Thank you.
