Perhaps the solar panels should be used in conjunction with wind generators. Now have design wind turbines that operate not from the wind, and from air currents that go from the ground up. So they turn in any weather.

Yup. Only one method might not be enough to generate all the electricity needed. I saw some vids of people generating electricity from urine. It's still in the testing stage, I believe. You can have some panels and turbines outside your house, and then one of these things attached to your toilet. Of course this would require you to pee and poop separately. Guys probably will contribute less since we pee in the shower.

Nothing to worry about. The water from the shower can also be collected. I actually saw that somewhere in India of outdoor toilet clean all the liquid and then drink and the residue of the produce gas and bioethanol. Imagine what future awaits us.

Why Tesla's Solar Roof Is Just Another Giant Taxpayer Gift To Elon MuskThere are two things in which Elon Musk is an undisputed champion: creating hype and buzz for massively cash-flow burning products and companies, and abusing every possible loophole in the US tax code to get explicit and implicit subsidies from the government. He demonstrated the latter on Wednesday, when Tesla began taking orders for its solar roof tiles, a cornerstone strategy of Elon Musk's strategy to sell a "green", fossil-fuel-free lifestyle under the brand name of its luxury electric vehicles.
First the bad news: Tesla said the product, which generates solar energy without the need for traditional rooftop panels - assuming one lives in a traditionally sunny climate - will be substantially pricier than a conventional roof but don't worry, it will "look better" and ultimately pay for itself through reduced electricity costs... it just may take 20 or more years for the payback period to occur (more on the math below).
Made with tempered glass, Tesla assures that "Solar Roof tiles are more than three times stronger than standard roofing tiles" and is why the company offers the "best warranty in the industry - the lifetime of your house, or infinity, whichever comes first." There is just one problem: most Americans live in their house less than a decade before they end up selling it and moving to a different roof, which means that the vast majority of Americans who end up buying the new Tesla product offering will have moved out of their home long before the investment pays back for itself.
The solar roof tiles were unveiled in October as Musk sought to convince shareholders of the benefits of combining his electric vehicle maker with SolarCity, the solar installer run by his cousins. Tesla acquired SolarCity in November, and has been working to remake a money-losing company that was selling traditional solar systems into a premium energy brand. To date, other companies have had little market success with attempts to incorporate solar technology directly into roof tiles. It remains unclear whether the products will appeal to consumers as much as Tesla's electric vehicles do.
Being a Tesla product, esthetics are perhaps the most important variable, and as shown in the images below, the roofs are certainly pretty and comes in four different formats:
Textured:
Smooth:
Tuscan:
and Slate, although only the first two are currently available.
Read more at http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-05-11/why-teslas-solar-roof-just-another-giant-taxpayer-gift-elon-musk. Of course Ellon Musk will greatly benefit the project since the company will make sure to make Ellon Musk happy when their sales are increasing. But those innovations were of course will greatly benefit America in the long run and it is a good move towards sustainable energy using solar power. This will lessen the use of coal and nuclear plants in producing electricity and it is very environmentally friendly.

The problem with wind generators is that they don't work in many places. If you live in lowlands or surrounded by high trees you won't get enough wind to justify the cost of a generator. You'd have to build a very high mast or a tower to put it on. I've seen generators attached to balloons that can work in such conditions, but those might work like lightning beacons You'd have to remember to reel it in before a storm.

Big Oil Already Planning Ahead For Its DemiseThe end of the Oil Age is within sight. Everyone who follows the news should be able to see this by now, although people have vastly different ideas about the timeline. People also disagree about whether it's good or bad news – greenies see a brave new energy economy, while those whose livelihoods lie in the oil industry are more likely to characterize the coming shift as a historic tragedy that needs to be delayed as long as possible.
Consultancies, investment analysts and think tanks around the world produce a constant stream of predictions about the future impact of new technologies on the auto and oil industries. Despite the pundits' painstaking perusal of primary sources, including economic data and interviews with industry insiders, their conclusions do not agree, to say the least.

Tesla and Space X has always received funding from the United States treasury through unfair means such as lobbying. They have also tried to sabotage their rival companies by bullying through senators such as John McCain and Lindsey Graham, who are on their pay list.

There are turbines which are powered by air currents which are due to the difference in temperature of air and earth. They revolve constantly in any weather. I just don't know how much power they produce. If you ask for it to provide the house with free electricity is possible, but very high cost of equipment and therefore no one wants to do that.

The roofing looks very good and I think buyers should consider if they plan on staying at one place for a long time so that they can enjoy the benefits of the roofs paying for itself through out the years.

He knows that he would never make it. That's why he didn't run. Trump is the best. However, in this case, the best isn't very good.
