hello everyone

i requested for withdraw in https://btc-e.com site in  12 may 2017 via OKPAY for 575.42 $

IN 13 may in history section system prompt to me withdraw successfully completed but i didnt receive any fund in my OKPAY account

this pic is for history section :



and also you can see here my okpay account in received section no fund is not received in 14 may some minutes ago ....




what do i do ?


i sent 4 ticket to them but didnt answer to me ...














and also LIVE support always  offline ...






i dont know what can i do ... i hope you guys help me Sad Sad Sad

Since it is the weekend I wouldn't be surprised that you haven't got any reply yet.

Tell me, about okpay. I read somewhere, probably in a thread here, that they were not ok with bitcoin starting couple of months ago. At the same time I see it is an option in btc-e so that must not be the case. you know about this?

Calm down. They'll answer your questions soon. It's being investigated probably. Creating more tickets won't solve your problem faster.

You are also blaming the wrong company probably. If btc-e says that it is sent, then it is sent. Send your tickets to OKPAY too and hear them back. How do you know if OKPAY isn't responsible for this and blame btc-e right away?

Have your withdrawn cash from btc-e to OKPAY before? Is it your first time? I don't think FIAT withdrawals are instant.

"* USD Withdrawal within 72 hours"

This is from their website. That 3 days mean, 3 business days. Not 3 regular days. Expect your money on Wednesday, if you don't get them; then you can panic!!!! (even if they mean 3 regular days, they confirmed your withdrawal on 13.05.17. add 3 days and you should get your money till 16th May)

yes my friend i had many receives in my okpay account that completed  instant so fast that you can see in second pic in my first post . but this is first time i withdraw via okpay in BTC-E

i was worry because  i see green tick near my order that prove they sent dolor to my account and if they sent really those dolor must to be in my account same date same time without any delay ...

my okpay account is active and dont have any issues .

also i found a notice in okpay FAQ section that say :

Due to security reasons in order to prevent unauthorized operations some of the payment methods (withdrawals via an exchanger) are monitored and processed manually within business days. If there is no problem with the payment - it is completed as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused

so maybe they sent but okpay system still not confirmed . anyway if BTC-E support answer to me all things will clear .

I'll tell you again. If btc-e says that your funds are sent, then it is done. You should create a ticket at OKPAY now. If they say something logical then you can get back to buzz btc-e. (The most logical answer from OKPAY in this case would be "we have no sight of any money")

A very very suspicious thing here since okpay did reply to your query and denied that they havent recieve any incoming transaction on their account. This would be hard since you wont know whos telling the truth or not but i do suspect that btc-e does have the problem on here because they can even give tx id on the amount that have been sent so that i can be able to verify.

my friend i just have  full  trust to okpay support system and never trust to BTC-E

I use okpay  system for many years and dont have any problem with their great system . their support always reply so fast .

second okpay  support confirmed no incoming transaction on my account exist and not their account . this means no fund received of BTC-E account in same date < 13 may 2017 >

Thirdly BTC-E  dont  tell  me transaction ID ... why ?

stewart2012 You should look for someone  have at least 1000 usd in his account balance  btc e ( because min chat 1000usd )for speak in chat with support .
 

friend if i start say anything negative about BTC-E they banned me instant .

yes its best choice . Unfortunately people  just are busy in BTC-E for trading and never think if they face to a problem nobodies is responsible for solve problem ....

Looks like at this point all you can do is keep asking BTC-E for the Okpay transaction ID. It should be very easy for them to give it to you. Actually they should always put it up on their site under the history section everytime a transaction is done!

Do you still have 4 tickets opened with them? if not and you have only 1 left, Maybe you could create one more that simply say:

"Please provide me with the OKpay trs ID for my Btc-e transaction #123456789"

Just one single line. This is a real simple request, they will have to respond and quick! I hope...

i think they know exactly my situation . no need to add Btc-e transaction . in 13 may i had just a withdraw and all things is clear . no need to extra explanation unless they didnt send any fund to my OKPAY account .

my withdraw request was 13 may and today is 20 may 2017 ... fuck btc-e ::: worst support system that i see so far .

they act like frauds . never trust to BTC-E

Better to lock this thread so that no one would able to make repetition of comments related to your case.As if now its already been resolved im glad that you got your refund and i do really believe about the legitimacy of BTC-e since ive been using it on the past year and it works fine for me.When it comes to this kind of cases its really better to be patient sometimes.

its so bad .

they must increase quality for their support system .

i think waiting for 10 days for solve a simple problem like for me is so high and is not acceptable .  Smiley

I do understand on your part and whos the one who do like to wait for too long speaking on their withdrawals which is already a big amount. 10 days is long and you are right they should really change or focus more on their support because this is one of the most important on any site would have because if theres problem arise it can easily resolve when theres an active support.

BTC-E is a bit slow I agree on that

But they never failed to keep their words!
Even if they act a bit slowly and aren't easy on verifications, they're always giving you what you deserve at the end.
