Bitmain is 2K. So it's not that far off, if they can ship before Bitmain does. At least if it's few weeks before.

they have been late before as has bitmain...thou not often.....as of late

already betting on bitmain D3 x11 miner arriving 2 weeks before the rest of the other 5 Mfg's x11 dump in October

thus .....really not sure that was the right move (ack! if they are late)

so roi on that unit will likely depend if I do beat the 2 weeks with those x11 d3 units

again....a hard way to bet....on companies estimated timeline

better probably just to keep your coin and hold imho

whatever the asic flavor on such games...we may be too late into the year now for it to make any sense

Old Style Legacy Plug & Play BBS System. Get it from www.synchro.net. Updated 1/1/2021. It also works with Windows 10 and likely 11 and allows 16 bit DOS game doors on the same Win 10 Machine in Multi-Node! Five Minute Install! Look it over it uninstalls just as fast, if you simply want to look it over. Freeware! Full BBS System! It is a frigging hoot!:)

I have a large batch of L21 coming end Sept, I might be willing to let some go to grow my network with big miners who would like to try them. PM me for info. P.S their pricing includes PSU and its faster hash than l3+, you cannot compare the two.

520 vs 504 official hash rates, 900 watts vs 800 watts official rated power usages.
They're VERY close and definitely comparable units - much more so than the Bitmain S9 vs the Avalon 741 or any of the Bitfury-based machines that have been announced to date.

The big question is going to be "is the RELIABILITY better than recent Bitmain products" (which has been poor since the S7).
LKetc had a good track record there, but there haven't been enough BW.com units seen in the wilds to judge that yet.

The 100 min order thing though is a KILLER for most miners.

If the minimum order quantity is 100 does anyone know about how many of those batches there are?  Thats a lot of hash coming online right with bitmains L3s and their monthly batches

They just make these miners for themselves. And only selling to pesants like us to get money to order more chips for miners. Problem would be that they probably will want single payment for those 100 miners (Group buy), instead of each pay for their own miner.

OK First batch of machines are here.
First impression, very good.
3 days running, 550-570 MH  range.
Very good cooling. Not so loud.

Some pictures:

With PSU:

I give the miner 8/10 ... for now.

In a few weeks maybe increase/decrease the number Cheesy

Minimum order is 100 pieces? If I got that right from the FB page.

If that's the case, anybody interested in a group buy?
I'd get 10 to 20 of them.

Thanks

Yeah, you need someone to do a group buy.
But it is not that impossible if there is from 3 to 5 guys that want 10 to 20 pieces and then like 10-20 guys that want less quantity.

Yeah, ok.

So guys, please either PM me, or reply here who wants to participate in the group order.

PS, can these be overclocked?
Thanks

I haven't tried yet as I'm keeping it at the 684M frequency as it was delivered and the hash rate is a decent 570-580Mh/s.

To be honest, the price of $2500 is about 46% higher than the L3+ one ($1650 +$62.5 PSU), with 10% better hashrate, the  opportunity cost is about 31.3%

The most problem is BW need 3 months to ship this miner, which is about around Dec.
