Beside that, I can't find much reviews about them on the internet, I wouldn't use something that I'm not entirely sure about. We have plenty of legit exchanges out there, use them instead.

No ANN thread that I can find - bad sign.

Domain registered only 2 years ago and is registered from Russia - potentially bad sign.

Previous scam accusation against them - very bad sign. 

Stick to wallets where you own your coins and exchanges that are regulated (Bitstamp).

Haven't heard about them before and i think its better to stay away from them because they seem pretty new and can't find their ANN thread here in this forum or anywhere.

They also have announcement threads in mostly local boards. And I don't see potential risk just because domain registered in Russia. Exmo is just usual exchange/ trading website which already in business for few years

It is really annoying how people judge things without investigation, EXMO has over 400,000 users from over 100 countries, and it has been providing services since 2013, and after all that you watch someone judging them from the domain name.
My experience,  I have used this exchange to move fund from perfectmoney to Bitcoin, and it was easy and fast process.

I do not trust them.  Too shady problems.

ZEC went from 291 to 409 in 1 hour and they held every single ZEC withdraw from EXMO. No warnings, the only way to get informed about the problem was through support chat. That after get your withdraw stuck  for hours in verifying. I don't know if i got that bad luck, but get a problem right after such price fluctuation is a damn coincidence for me.

If EXMO is such a great company and a "reliable partner for users", then where is my money!? If you don't want to be considered a scam, than you should follow up on your legally binding obligations or at least respond to questions sent to your support desk.

On 5 December 2017 I have initiated a withdrawal of money from my EXMO account. This money was supposed to be transferred to my MasterCard account. The status of the transaction in my Exmo account is shown as "Withdrawn" and I received an e-mail confirmation from EXMO saying that the money was successfully transferred. However, as of today (4 January 2018) the money still has not arrived to my MasterCard account. I have contacted the issuer of my card and they told me that they don't see the payment.

I have been writing to EXMO support constantly since 12 December 2017 and I have received ZERO replies. Just check the support tickets #228452 and #255365.

This is unacceptable for any company not to respond to client requests for a month, especially if it is related to money transfers. If you lost all client funds just say so and don't waste our time, so we can take legal actions! Of have courtesy to respond and fix the issue.

Im withdraw 3 times and got problem at all. Live chat never helpful always said Open ticket for 7-10days and !

I've thought that Exmo was a legit service before I've visited this thread. BUT look what I've found! Just check the feedback of their bitcointalk account (it was already mentioned above). Not the recieved but sent feedback (he sent some feedback to another neg trasted user). Here are some quotes for reference:

If you do not speak russian then it is not a big problem, just paste it into google translate. I have no idea why they were arguing (there is no reference links in feedbacks) but this kind of behaviour is highly suspicious. Just imagine that you may recieve the same respond on your ticket after facing some problems.

I dont know if this is scam but at least they are so .... slow that people have to face losses. This verification process takes several days now, I only want to withdraw my coins. I have never seen that with another exchange before (however coss.io does not let me cancel my order since two weeks and they do not answer my emails). This shit gets me so angry. I wonder if those people are not afraid that someday one angry customer might get to them in person...

I see you woke up the one year dead thread. This will no more exercise to anyone. If you find the angry on this scam site write on the scam and accusation section about it. Why you are doing you spam post here buddy. If you bump it, after some moderators will directly deleted. Since these kind work done by the junior members and newbies keep making people hate some sections. Please ignore these kind of post next time.
