Can anyone help? I’ve tried to import my wallet address for use. When I click to import from wallet backup, I browse the correct file but then it asks me for my wallet backup password? Done weeks ago but nobody wishes reply. I submitted my translation in time, updated my thread and was asked to translate another doc too which I submitted in time but when I ask for the bounty, I get no reply for weeks. Atleast an update would have been great but silence is the only thing I've received.

I can only advice you to contact support again. Use support @ corion . io for direct email. I contacted them yesterday and they answered in a half day. Did you check your spam email?
