Hello, I need help with my nexybit account, I had received my signature campaign payment today of 0.00335300 and then i transfered that to my futures and traded and made loss of around 32000+ sat only but now my account is showing only 0.00275807 btc only.

Please help me , even i sent the support but did not got reply.

This is Nexybit, Revenue Sharing Cryptocurrency Exchange.

We appreciate your inquiry and would like to inform you of the result.

Your previous balance of your Futures account was 0.003353 BTC (a).

Your contracts were filled on September 28th, and the trading fee of 0.00000618 BTC (b) was imposed.

The total realized profit and loss(Realized PnL) from the filled contracts was -0.00029468 BTC (c).

However, because of the margin call, a 0.00029406 BTC (d) of margin call fee was imposed.
(When you get margin call, your contracts are liquidated when the market price reaches the liquidation price.
In this case, the positions are closed at the bankruptcy price and a margin call fee will be charged.)  

Therefore, your current account balance(e) can be calculated by reflecting the trading fee(b), margin call fee(d), and realized profit or loss(c) from the previous balance(a).

(e) = (a) - (b) + (c) - (d) =  0.00275807 BTC

Thank you for reply, so it is important to clear the position before it goes for margin call trigger. 

One suggesstion, like what you have kept for Liquidated price for long or short, Same way can you make a new option of profit lock position. Like if i have bought furuters contract at 6600 and i wanted to sell it at 6700 so if their is option of putting sell advance order so trader dont need to sit and watch the market and clear the position.

I think you can understand what i am telling, like what you kept liquidated price for open position same way give the closing of position price also.

Introduction of Nexybit’s New Office

In mid-September, Nexybit has moved to WeWork’s Yeouido location.
The co-working space is a first for us and we are still adjusting. Let’s take a look at how our office space has changed.

This is the entrance to Nexybit’s offices. Here we work and have meetings.

A view of Yeouido seen from our window. It’s great to have a wide open window! It keeps us from feeling constricted.

Once you step out of the office there is a lounge. There are beer taps that are forever tempting us. And of course our favorite, coffee machines.

I haven’t tried any yet, but I might later after work.

There are tables and sofas where one can hold meetings or just chat. It can be used not only as a place for meetings but also holds various events..

..such as a Korean pajeon(savory pancake) and rice wine event.

There was also a Krispy Kreme sampling event recently. There are other events such as massage etc. that help us refresh.

We can also rest or work comfortably on the couches in the resting area. Whenever we need some refreshment or change of pace, going to the lounge helps us.

After a short break, we get back to work and concentrate. WeWork creates an environment that helps our team members focus on work when we work and rest when we rest. We had made the decision to move to the WeWork building because we didn’t want the company to be a place only for work.

Therefore, now and ever more, we will Work Hard, Play Hard!

P.S. We hope Steve never whistles again when singing karaoke.

Back i am facing problem, now withdraw page is not working for more then 12 hours, even i have reported the problem in telegram but no response. Please help me in withdrawing my ETH from the exchange. As when i press withdraw button the next page coming is empty, their is no withdraw details to withdraw my ETH.  Please help me soon.

When modifying the code to improve service, an error surfaced over the weekend which caused issues with withdrawal. It has now been fixed.

Thanks i got my coins but it got too delay, why this problem is occurring so many times in withdraw only. Recently i am checking that in ETH trading their is some problem as the price is jumping in irregular way.
