This.  Idea is pretty good, but the team looks pretty suspect.  Noone is a developer nor has any exp in this space.  Mugshots look like they're shots for an album cover.

Our company and the team's background are carefully checked by the CrowdFunder platform, otherwise we would not be allowed to collect >$1kk.

As for social networks, our Founder and Co-Founder are not a public figures and they communicate with their business partners in private correspondence with the help of messengers. Even though if we are not particularly active users of some social networks, it doesn't make us less of experienced investors, nor make us any less of being good at what they do.

Our background is also is checked by state authorities in USA, and by experienced auditors of Venture Capitals.

We are an official United States corporation (OnPlace inc.), which is registered in the state of Delaware. We have all the necessary accreditation and corporate bank account on the USA territory. Anyone can check this information through US public registry.

We understand all the concerns about our team, we have published only the core members. Very soon we'll publish a Management Bios.
