1. He updated my bet status to : A Payout of 0.268 BTC was used to cover unpaid bets
but those random bet id he provided has total stake of 0.242 (0.14 + 0.04 + 0.062 )

2. he said we did investigation but when asked for proofs he stopped replying me.

You sent BTC did it has confirmation. If no then they have right to wait till btc confirmed. How they can send winning BTC without confirmation of receiving BTC.

In the proof of payment of the OP although he have send it with very low fees , only 44.44 satoshi/byte the transaction has 216 confirmations so far. This is really strange because directbet never missed a payment until now. I think we should wait for their official reply before judging into fast conclusions.

Why does directbet accept unconfirmed bets in any case? The losing bets being double spent is not an issue at all, if directbet accepts only confirmed bets.

I doubt they would try to scam you for such a low amount. As a long time user I can say they always honored my bet (and I won some for more than 1 BTC).

May I suggest you to bet with a faster coin, LTC, ETH... Bitcoin is becoming a store of value, completely unusable for quick and low transfers.
