Getting 320~ h/s, expected 500+ given various benchmarks online. I have a very old motherboard from an HP build with only 3 gb of ram. Specs:

Asus Berkeley (IPIBL-LA) motherboard
Win 10 64 bit
3 GB 333mhz DDR2 ram
3 GB XFX R7970 not overclocked
Q6600 CPU @ 2.4 GHz not overclocked, running at very high temps for some reason (80 C)

Do I have a bottleneck at the CPU? RAM? I'm not CPU mining, not sure why my temps are so high, either bad temp gauge or something else. I just applied new thermal glue. Using latest claymore cryptonote miner, minergate pool.

First thing: trash the Windows 10 ! You should use Windows 7 for better performance.
Second: get the Crimson 15.12 driver for your card - not the latest drivers!
Your board don´t matter at all ...

XFX cards are known for their overheating problems.
Find a Gigabyte , Power Color or Sapphir Card (a used one from eBay).
