Yeah these regulations will kill them. Visa and big banks don’t want this to happen and they keep changing regulations. Kris is a master liar, cards last oct....cards missed by a week from 2020..  the good thing is people are noticing, people with big money. Crypto.com is now one of the most expensive jokes in history. Bankrupt mco with a fail and put all the money into the new company, anyone seen this before? This could be a scam of epic proportions if people invest and add value to one token and the company that holds 50% dumps them every ath to build company #2.  Holy god it could be a massive transfer of money, all you have to do is keep feeding the sheep. All kris has to do is throw in the towel and blame regulations. Oh well we tried.

What can we do? I have the original white paper, pix of the original roadmap and the 2020 hype. I am in the USA should I call the attorney generals office in my state to file a complaint?  They will not do any business there, this is not what I invested in.

There hasn't been anything that I can see. It is probably more concern around regulations coming in.

This has always been a risk. Regulations change quickly in the crypto space.

The problem with the ICO whitepaper was lack of clarity about back up plans IF they fail to achieve what they aimed for.

The only people who have struck gold are the founders of Monaco. I think Kris their CEO is a failed business man and project manager because of his past history with now defunct "Ensogo"

Your first step would be to ask the Internet Fraud department in your country for advice and please post here about what they advised you to do. Did you buy in to the ICO or buy tokens at a later date?

These people still believe in Kris and his failed Monaco Card. What a time waste project. Just Kris and his team made money on it from the ICO, all investors are just kept waiting with empty promises.
