I think never. they promiced cards in September 2017.. than soon.. soon ...soon... Now September 2018 and still nothing.

While everybody waits for the cards that might never arrive, failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his team have spent phenomenal amounts of the ICO funds travelling the Far East making test transactions on their VISA testing cards - all paid for by the ICO funds. Shame on the Monaco team.

I think few other projects will take lead in releasing of cards while we are waiting here continuously. Speaking for myself I was interested in investment mostly as I really don't need of this kind of card at this moment as in my home town I have working BTC ATM which is doing well for me. But this launching of cards could push the prices more higher for sure and that is in what I have interest the most.

The age of the referral doesn't matter under the new program. The amount you get under referral depends on what level card the person referring you has (that is, the amount they've locked up).

Last year in July 2018 they were saying the cards would be sent out internationally in August 2017, then said they would be sent out "in a few weeks" but over a year later they have given nothing.

Failed CEO Kris Marszalek and his team have enjoyed the high life living off the ICO funds to fund their lavish lifestyles, they have better things to do than release the cards.

When will they release the cards? Never. This "project" is dead. It was always dead from day one because failed CEO Kris Marszalek was the same man behind the Ensogo company when it collapsed.

It will take some time for those that were holding at $20+ to realise that this coin is not worth even $1. They should have sold up when they had the chance.

I would say the scenario is quite different this time round. In Sept 2017, they had no app ready despite cards promised. This time round, app is ready and for Singapore residents, you can actually submit your documents in for actual verification. With that said, I'm not sure how they can recover their trust if they miss this deadline as well.

What did they need $26+ million for? They spent over a before the ICO and a year after the ICO but still have not mass rolled the cards internationally or anywhere. Just the dev team go around shopping using the Monaco VISA card posting updates on social media saying the cards are "coming soon".

This project is dead. These fools took $26 million in the ICO over a year ago and well they did nothing.. except wasted time and spent the ICO funds on buying crypto.com domain and enjoy all expenses paid trips all over the Far East to "test" the VISA card
