As for me, since the WannaCry virus become famous overnight because of  the TV exposure it got and seeing bitcoin as payment method, there are few have ask me or I have told a few family members that I'm investing or earning bitcoin. They just all look at me, and ask what bitcoin is. Explain a few things about it and why it is used by hackers as payment method and stuff like that.

In the last 6 months I have received more inquiries about bitcoin than in the last 6 years combined. In this time I recommended 4 co-workers and 2 friends who have since purchased bitcoin. One thing that (kind of) annoys me is the reason they are asking... price/value, rather than buying/selling merchandise etc. People are hearing its a great investment, which I also have told them, but here we have a new bunch of purchasers buying and hoarding bitcoin. I think this represents what is happening on the whole, which is causing so much inflation in the price. This I have mixed emotions about.

in fact most of the people have the same problem, most  of the people claiming here that they knew about bitcoin but did not join it on time.  i think the main reason for this is that most of the people are  not aware of the importance of bitcoin. although in my area I am introducing bitcoin to my friends but they yet not giving any importance to it, but I am sure that very soon then will realize the importance of bitcoin and will become part of bitcoin community.

I agree with you in my country very few people heard about Bitcoin and when I heard about Bitcoin they thought I was a liar. I really want to explain to them but I can not and my government is not interested in bitcoin

They're asking me about bitcoin when they see my money and I have lot of stuffs but when I tell them the process and this is not easy money they are interest will be gone, But now I have few friends that eager to learn and now we are all making money in bitcoin.

Nobody is asking me, but I had a conversation about ransomware the other day and they seemed to had a general idea about Bitcoin and that it was used by hackers.
My family isn't following the price of Bitcoin, so they don't really care. It's the same with stocks. A company could go up by 200% in a week and we wouldn't know or care, because we haven't invested anything.

Some of my best friends ask me about bitcoin and they want to know what bitcoin is. Furthermore, so I explain to them what bitcoin is and I help them to get income by using bitcoin.Some of my best friends get interested in bitcoin after they get income by using bitcoin.My best friend was very happy because of bitcoin they get some income that they used in their daily life.
