Thoughts? I've already "Technically" made like 500$ becuase the price of the existing Storjcoin X is more than that of the ICO.

I suspect Storj to majorly spike to 100m+ cap, The only thing holding it back is why pay alot for the Storjcoin X when you can buy it for 50 cents at the ICO sale RN.

Here is my most recent analysis on STORJ: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1924515.0. I bought a lot of it. Sia cannot compete against the $30MM enterprise runway. This type of investment is like a 2 - 3 year investment ..

A second initial coin offering? Is this a first?

Forgive my petulance and oft-times, I fear, ill-founded criticisms, and forgive me that I have, by this time, made your eyes and head ache with my long letter. But I cannot forgo hastily the pleasure and pride of thus conversing with you.

It will be a new coin so regardless of the swap, it is still an ICO and consequently should suffer from the stink of being an ICO (not like many people give a shit). And the funds will be hardly decentralized.

It's a dangerous game, I don't really have the stomach for it anymore. I like to watch them paint the tape on launch. I don't know why, but I do.

A lot of people simply does not understand that for each erc20 token storj bought, one counterparty sjxc token will be burned.

There are no new tokens being created. It is merely the devs creating more liquidation, although I worry about the huge amounts of sjxc the devs actually hold on to .

Why would it be an ICO if they buy the same amount of old coins they intend to sell as new coins?

In that case it would be a simple coinswap, no?

Stork is nothing more than an expiremwnt. I think that it's trying to grab on the Bitcoin rally in order to promote its ICO but nonetheless might also be successful. Big risk either way for something that might not even work properly for what it's supposed to do

People are buying Bitcoin these days with the singular intention of sticking it right into the alt market and becoming Leonardo DiCaprio. Everything is going up. I don't know who we are to argue at this point.

Pretty sure bitcoin is nothing more than an experiment too in that case. No, both bitcoin and storj works as intended, other than some kinks to work out for extremely big files, it actually works exactly as advertised, cheap decentralized storage for s3 replacement.
