Yes you should do that, it's a commission giving. I have seen that type of offer on the services section, it's like 50% is the commission or higher. It will depend on the referral owner on how much he is willing to sacrifice just for the sake of his referrals. Because if you know how to take care of people, they are not just for profiting purpose.

Do not make me laugh. I believe that a kid can even know a way to earn $3, too. We are all adults here and we know how to earn money both in the real world and on the internet

Also 3 dollars a week is too low, no matter where you live earning that amount a week is not going to help you much, there are many poor people living with less than 2 dollars a day and even for people in that kind of poverty,  3 dollars a week are not going to help them a lot, especially if we take into account that they will need a computer, electricity and internet access.
