Say you have an investor who trusts in you, or you won the lottery or any other way and you got 50.000$ to invest in a bitcoin project.

Aside from gambling (could be illegal in some cases) what legally sound project would you start in bitcoin world (could be related to altcoins as well like exchanges or so) ?

We have plenty of projects on the cryptocurrency scene but no one seem to see the potentials. behind them, I personally would invest in ICONOMI (ICNX) or MaidSafe which will be huge If they ever manage to deliver what they promised a few years ago, currently in Alpha but looks very promising.

Altcoin Scene is pretty much popular right now and i would rather build some exchange to shoulder them off and frequently added those new potential coins. And i see it quite profitable since many people for now are more aware that altcoin ICO's are quitely profitable if you choose those great one and maybe you could earn for them aswell same as liqui did and currently they are one of the best exchange who frequently added some famous new altcoins right now.

This might be a good choice and I would do the same thing but the risk of getting failed on this one is high which means it depends on how you gonna market your game which can really caught the interest of potential players in the market and once you achieve it then constant profits you would made considering that we are building mobile game which involves bitcoin.

I don´t know if the question is about investing in an existing bitcoin project or investing in creating a bitcoin project. If it were the latter, it would create a platform for sending humanitarian aid to catastrophic or conflict areas. Many times when people send money they don´t know if their money will really reach the needy people or if there will be someone who will steal some of this money. With this platform, which would have an associated token, people could buy the token with their money and send it to the NGO account at the place of the catastrophe. This destination account would be fully verified so that it would be safe for all money sent to reach its destination. Once there, the NGO could sell those tokens for fiat money that they could withdraw through a local bank account.

I would personally hire a web developer to build me a Bitcoin related website, it wouldn't cost 50k obviously, but I think it would be a great source of income if you're able to make it succesful.

I would use it to start bringing more traffic to my website (see signature)

I own a cell phone repair company that makes phone repair SO much more affordable, and we're pushing into larger territory.. so 50BTC would be a large amount of capital to bring awareness..

by the way, if any of you readers are paying for cell phone insurance, STOP- its one of the largest scams in this country.

I will start a novelty CAM girl site for amateurs, like one of the forum members have suggested. People auction off their own striptease for bitcoins. The highest bidder, gets the spoils. ^smile^ - 80% of the money goes to the stripper and I receive 20% for hosting the site and paying my salary. < Yea, I will be the pimp >

How difficult can it be. ^smile^ I think I would call it, "Strip4Bits"

I was thinking about a torrent related altcoin. Some other member did mention
this idea before.
Combining torrent technology with Cryptocurrencies has huge potential.

I would start investing in ICOs with interesting projects that I think can have a future. I regret losing the chance of investing in coins like ETH and Waves when I had the chance.

I  would invest around half in my cryptocurrency wallet as seed money, bitcoin only wallet might get outdated because bitcoin dominance is really low right now, many people are now also interested in holding other alts along with bitcoin. So multicoin app would be nice idea and if possible I will integrate both exchange and trading feature within app or website.

I will invest other half into multiple projects (promising one) during their ICO so that I can get some constant profit out of them in long run.

Aside from gambling (could be illegal in some cases) what legally sound project would you start in bitcoin world (could be related to altcoins as well like exchanges or so) ?
->I'll give you one anyway.
->If I really had that back up,I would start a bitcoin based browser.A browser only designed for cryptocurrencies where wallets are just browser extensions and exchanges are a click away.Daily price market charts are the default themes and much more secure with phishing links and stuff.Imagine the hype!

I love the idea and i was amazed on this one having a browser which is designed only for crypto then it would be surely a hit and i think coding or building up that project wont cost you a lot basing on $50k i think its stoo much? Am right or wrong? Take this idea if you do have the money and realize that you pocket have lots of money.lol
