Will the VC platform be launched at dcorp.it?

According to telegram, they said that the dcorp.it website will be replaced by the platform.  So esentially, when you go to the domain, dcorp.it, it will be the platform itself where you create a profile and navigate the platform from that website.  I personally can't wait for the platform and voting on different proposals so that balance can grow and dividends can be paid out.

The coolest thing at DCORP is, it doesn't matter which Token you will choose at the beginning, because we will always be able to switch between them with just a little fee, so we can't choose the wrong Token.

No, you will be able to convert DRP to DRPU (more voting rights) or DRPS (dividends), after that you can always switch between DRPU and DRPS with a small fee, but there is no way back to DRP and it will be a useless Token.

Certain exchanges don’t allow security tokens and regulations may or may not change in the future. So we had to come up with a solution, which is the 2 tokens: DRPS and DRPU
DRPS is still a security token (just like DRP was), however DRPU is a utility token.
To be able to enter the non-security token exchanges we created DRPU.
The token Changer + switching between the tokens will be possible indefinitely.
DRP token has no longer any other purpose besides being converted into DRPS or DRPU. You can’t vote with it, you cant get dividends with it.
The initial conversion is “free” so to speak, however once you wish to switch between DRPS<>DRPU you will have to pay a small fee. The amount of fee has not been decided yet, also it will not be stored in any form. It will be burnt. (Token amount keeps decreasing)

They might want to change just before dividend distribution but then the target coin will be trading at price plus dividend. Jumping between tokens wont serve any purpose for such ideas. We will probably make use of some kind of staking. We have yet to reveal the details about this.

Yes, we don't want our investors to switch between them too often. Arbitrage is possible, it will also increase stability. So the fee will be a sweetspot between "cheap" and "is it really worth destroying my x amount of token?"
