Sorry about that comment with "The White paper says.." there was no intention to be rude.
People were tired from misunderstanding the process.
Some of them want see their tokens at wallets, some of them want to see them at the investors panel.
Definitely it has no meaning where they are before ICO ends. And all of this including the way of awarding with dividends exist at the White paper.
But we should be polite and better understandable.
Are we are like a team enough transparent for you or anonymous?

I have been in the business since 2011 and I start to get the impression that you guys don´t have the capacity to fix everything.
I just want to say it is no shame to ask for help. There are many people in the community who would be glad and honored to help out!! Even if something has to be changed in the whitepaper and it will not affect us as investors too much it will be completely acceptable. We just want succes in the end.
I hope you guys realize what we have on hand here... You as Trueflip look pretty anonymous, so that is the perfect setting to absolutely screw and *uck up all the Lottery systems in the world!!
I mean with all that money your team has after the ico, they can go play around in the the swimmingpools and seas for the rest of your lives around the world but whats the point? For the guys who are early investors here know what I mean.. it really isn´t satisfying after a while. I can tell you from experience. Have been living in luxury hotels for years.
but if you have Trueflip running succesfully and than go in the hotels it would feel so rewarding and you will look yourself in the mirror so proudly.
I mean if this works you will have something and created something so extremely satisfying for the rest of your and our lives.
Please lets put our heads together and create this to a succes, And we screw all the lotteries in the world together!!

do not loose this chance!! Ask some people openly ! and if Andreas Antonopoulos or some other name gives a final touch on it or completely fix some of your issues this could could really go to crazy high $.

I fully agree with you!!! Trueflip should show more interest and excitement in their project... It looks like, they are bored with it or something... But it is not everyday, that you raise 3 millions dollars in a few days! Think about that.. you have the money and power to change something
Agree with all of the above. I hope the ICO campaign isn't any indication of how the platform will eventually develop. With the right amount of enthusiasm, customer service, and dedication this ICO could be so much more. Replies such as "You agreed to the white paper..." isn't the right way to conduct business. The idea can be much better conveyed if they just said "TFLs will be awarded at the end of the campaign". The replies seem rude to people who aren't from East Europe (even though that may not be the intention). Please hire someone who understands how to deal with multiple cultures empathetically. If comments are written in English then please hire a native born English speaker as well.
