Altcoins in 2020

Litecoin and Monero, and even these have very low odds.
Maybe something new can come up, something that really brings improvements without compromising decentralization. But so far BTC, LTC and XMR are the only ones that I consider legit.

i think a lot of them are gonna be superseded by better ones. the amount of knowledge is growing by the day and the amount of weaknesses in current ones are too.

more brains are coming on line as the space grows bigger. they will come up with some amazing new stuff.

Those three altcoins are going to be the leader altcoins I think in 2020. There are numbers of proejcts from eth that are long term. iEx.ec targeted 2019 in the roadmap as the completion of project as the decentralized cloud service. It means that projects from eth  I don't know about others will not stop after successful ICO. Coins that leave no projects after ICO will be abandoned because the users think that the coins are useless.

I am very surprise that people overlooks new project Aragon (ANT). I am pretty sure it will be big by the end of the year. Also one of my favorite is Golem (GNT) - if all works out it will on the TOP. Both of them based on Ethereum (ETH). I wish I have more money to invest. Plenty new amazing projects coming every day.

i think altcoin will still exist in 2020 or more because for every month, there are many ICO that have been release which offering the best project for the investor and if the projects is really good, then the project can continue and getting placed into the market. so no matter how, altcoin will be exist in 2020 as long as bitcoin is used by the people.

I think some leading altcoins this year  will become 1000$ +  each in 2020 and btc go high and high just a prediction so invest in leading altcoins now.

Natural selection at its finest. The useless coin will be dead overtime and the useful ones will remain. A few years ago, altcoins often made for a joke and can't survive for a long time, as you can see the result now.
I can say that, alongside with mass coin delisting on popular exchanges, the total amount of dead altcoin far surpasses the total amount surviving coin.

I see there are some coins that are currently right to invest, I see the ripple is potentially going up for in 2020 but now the ripple is down, but I'm sure the ripple in 2020 will dominate the highest price in the future, and eth has a chance before the year 2020.

Can't beat the opportunity with Monero right now. It has the best tech, multiple wallet support incoming, huge trading volume, etc.

ETH, because the EEA is growing all the time. I think ETH will pass BTC at some point.
XRP. I think many would agree that Ripple the company will be big, but I do think XRP token use will also be widely adopted rather than each bank running their own token.
I'd say XEM as well, but then I'd just be picking all of the current top alts.

I think any Ethereum-based alt with good devs has a decent chance. Aragon springs to mind. As does BAT - I think privacy and anonymity will become bigger concerns as advertising becomes ever smarter and more intrusive... but having said that, the Brave browser does have some big and well-estabished competitors.

Monero's development is greatly improved because I know this coin for a long time and they show their coin quality. it's been on many famous trading sites so I think it's a good chance if you've planted it from a low price..

4 years is short.  Think of 2009 where bitcoin were created and now it is already 2017 with two halving event going to third for bitcoin.  I do think the market will still exist since litecoin can still be mined during those time if I am not mistaken. and ETH will have their PoS.  But we should not ignore the fact that there is a possiblity that a new coin will beat the older one including bitcoin.

No one says what happen to the Altcoins in 2020, but we were hoping that all Altcoins were still functioning on that time, because most of the users looking forward that all crytocurrencies were become valuable coins in the future.

Currently, none of the existing alt coins blow me away. Somebody will come up with something great at some point, as there is so much money to be made now.
