Before (and after) I was receiving payments for every block, except these two...

But it seems like we found 3 on a row here

I'm still using this simply because it's the most stable pool I could find after trying them all. Those pushpools pay out crap for some reason.

It might be because of the parameter tuning, shares seems to take longer to get, but they have more value

That is correct. Nothing to worry about.

You will not get shares as often as other pools. But the shares are worth more to explain it more simplified.

No. "There is no password." The x can be replaced by anything, or you can just keep the x.
